It was morning and a new day. Arianna had woken up so early and got dressed for work, and prepared breakfast for both Jessica and Brandon. The maids had already resumed work today.

Arianna went upstairs to wake up Jessica for breakfast. She brushed her teeth and came downstairs to join her mom for breakfast.

Arianna and Jessica are seen in the dining area eating when Brandon came down the stairs, all dressed for work, and joined them.

“Mom, I was thinking you should resume your position as the new COO,” Brandon said

“What? No! What about Hannah?” Arianna asked

“I think she should step down for the now and you should take over for the good of the company, till we are able to fix the issues on ground” Brandon said

“No, I can’t honey. Hannah and you are going to fix whatever is going on in the company, that position of the COO is hers and no one else ” Arianna said and just then they caught a glimpse of Grandma Elizabeth climbing down the stairs while cat walking.

She was putting on a black gown and black heels while holding a black bag in her hands.

Everyone was surprised to see her dressed that way, they wondered where she was heading to.

“Where are you off to, Elizabeth? Church? God knows you love to get down on your knees” Arianna said as she remembered how Elizabeth had sex with the former chauffeur when she was still married to her son.

“Camilla or Arianna, whatever your name is, I’m headed to the same place as you, work.

I’m going to resume my position as the new COO of Colby Co.

“Oh, we both know I run one of the biggest companies in New York. I own the Mackenzie company, so to answer your question, I do not just have an office, I have a company I run, unlike you who chase clout and do nothing.

And as for the COO position, it belongs to my daughter, Hannah” Arianna said and Elizabeth scoffed.

“Your daughter? Oh wow! The daughter you lied to. I’m sure she hates you now and wants you dead, what a bad mother” Elizabeth said and Arianna scoffed.

“Oh, we both know you are the bad mother here, imagine a mother supporting his son to kill his wife,” Arianna said and Brandon stared at his mom, confused wondering what she was talking about.

“I was a good mother to my son, you were a bad wife,” Elizabeth said

“I was a good mother, Bad mothers always say that,” Arianna said Elizabeth frowned and threw her handbag at Arianna but she was quick to dodge it and it hit the floor.

Arianna stood up and walked towards Elizabeth and slapped her on the face and just then the both of them started fighting.

Jessica stood up to separate but Brandon shot her a deadly glare.

“Don’t you dare” he said as he watched Camilla beat Elizabeth black and blue. Deep down Brandon was never going to separate them, whatever beating Camilla was giving Elizabeth, she so much deserved it.

Jessica then rushed towards Them and pulled her mom away from Elizabeth then stood in between the both of them.

“Mom! Grandma! Enough!” Jessica yelled

“Tell that to the woman who you call your mom. This was the reason Wilson hated you, I wished you were dead Camilla, I wished you never came back” Elizabeth yelled, breathing hard.

“Oh yes, and I’m not gonna wish you dead now because I promise you I’m going to kill you and I won’t make the same mistake you and Wilson did years ago.

I will stay by your side till you breathe your last breath” Camilla said angrily.

“What are you talking about?” Brandon asked

“Why don’t you tell him? Why don’t you tell your grandson how you stood and watch Wilson shoot me? Why don’t you tell him you were there when he shot me and left me for dead? Tell him the truth, Elizabeth ” Arianna said and Brandon stood up at once and turned to Elizabeth.

“Is it true grandma?” Jessica asked as tears gathered in her eyes.

“She’s lying, she came to scatter this family, that’s all she knows how to do,” Elizabeth said and tried touching Jessica but she moved away from her.

“I don’t know what to believe anymore,” Jessica said and walked upstairs to her room.

“Jessica” Arianna called and went after her.

“She’s lying Brandon, I would never do that, you trust me,” Elizabeth said and Brandon scoffed.

“Trusting you would be the last thing I would do here on earth, not after you tried to kill my wife.

And I do not want to see you anywhere close to my company” Brandon said as he stared at her in disgust, then walked past her and walked outside the house.

He wasn’t in for another family drama, a lot is going on in the company and his marriage, his only priority now is to fix his marriage and his company, he thought as he hopped inside his car and zoomed off to the company.

His car came to a stop in front of the Colby co, he stared around and noticed a strange car parked in his parking space.

Maybe it’s one of his clients, he thought as he walked inside the company. Liam rushed towards him and was about to speak when he cut him off.

He hopped inside his elevator and walked inside his office. Immediately he opened his office door to his greatest surprise, he saw Hannah sitting on his chair looking as beautiful as ever.

“Hannah” he called out surprised

“Hello, Ex husband or should I say, Brandon Colby,” Hannah said with a smile on her face.

Brandon stared at her speechlessly, he wasn’t expecting her,

“What are you doing here?” He asked and Hannah raised her eyebrows

“Are You seriously asking me that? Or have you forgotten I’m the COO of this company? I’m back now to resume office” Hannah said and Brandon swallowed hard.

“I think……”

“I heard the rumor Brandon and you gonna fix it, for your information, I’m not stepping down, I am the COO of Colby co and no one’s gonna take that position from me,” Hannah said and stood up

“Now where the hell is my PA, Kate?”
