Chapter 105

The moment Elise left the hall, she felt a sense of urgency in her veins to see her son, Hayden, right behind her, who hadn’t said a word but followed obediently by her side.

She pressed hard on her hands, trying to stop them from trembling. She finally did it, finally giving her wrongdoers a taste of their torment.

Before the dinner earlier, she had headed to the garden to calm her nerves from meeting Rygan and his pack after all these years and stumbled over hushed voices in the garden that belonged to Alvira and Kaide. It felt like a silver lining, hearing their secret come to light. And she did just that.

And now she needed something to calm her; she needed to see her son. She rushed to the nursery, where the nanny played with Ethan, Camille’s granddaughter, and Alvira’s daughter.

She spots him playing with a doll, but the minute Ethan glances up, he gets excited. When he sees his mother step in, he runs to her and says, “Mom!” He says it excitedly as she watches him run up to hug her.

She feels a tug in her heart and a wave of sadness that Ethan notices. “What’s wrong, Mom?” He asked worriedly, touching her face.

“No, I just came to see you, my beautiful, brave baby,” she calls, pushing his curls out of his face.

“I am not a baby mom!” He deals playfully.s have the same expression as her scheming mother. With folded hands and pouted lips, she walks to where Elise is bent downL

Her silence confused Elise, who stared back at the little girl. Even though her mother was a witch, her child bore no sin to her, so she smiled at Kayla.

But I wasn’t prepared for the stunned look the girl had as she said, “My mom says you aren’t a good woman. And she doesn’t like you.” She says it quietly.

“That’s ok; I don’t either,” she replies with a wink. And a kind caress to the girl’s cheek before Kayla ran away. Maybe it was good that she said nothing to Rygan about who Kayla’s real father was; maybe she could be better than her mother.

“Our men are waiting for their instructions,” Hayden says as Elise nods. Hayden comes forward to carry his son, and they all leave the other children after spending some time there.

“How about when we are done? You and I will spend time without the mother hen hounding around our necks,” he says with a tickle to his son’s tummy, who laughs as they leave the playroom and head to the private room of the inner palace.

But as they headed in, what they weren’t expecting was to see Rygan, who stood inside, his eyes raging like a desperate madman. “We’re sorry, Luna; he was adamant about staying here and waiting for you and we cannot fight against an alpha,” one of the guards says quickly.

“You again.” Hayden called first with a snarl, but Elise could see that broken demeanorin his eyes, like he was holding on to a thin thread. She wondered if she should spare his wounded heart or prey on it, but not until she heard his voice.

“El, please, we need to talk,” Rygan’s voice loomed out. This time, she places a hand on Hayden’s chest to stop him, knowing- he is on edge when it comes to Rygan

We need the room,” she called. Hayden held Ethan tighter in his embrace as he walked out with the small child, who took a glance at Rygan at the last second, a gaze that made his heart s**p, but only until he heard Elise’s voice.

“What do you want?” She says it coldly. “Look, I don’t have the time.” She could barely make the last sentence out as she heard a thud on the ground as Rygan’s knees hit the floor.

“I-I… moons El, I am such a fool; I let that happen to you, right under my watch; I let that b**rd..f**k,” he curses.

“What are you doing? Do you think this will change anything?” she mutters. Even though she could feel how heated her body had become and how much her wolf yelped to the surface from this alpha plea, she tried not to look phased.

“At least look at me: tell me what I can do,” he called. Rygan was on his feet at lightspeed; their distance was barely two feet from each other. The moment their “The only one acting like a baby here is Kayla; she says she didn’t want to play with us,” he calls, pointing to the girl.

Elise studies the small girl and the way her eye eyes met, Elise felt that bristling resolve want to crumble.

Yes, his friends had betrayed her, but did he deserve her wrath too? But she did deserve her forgiveness.

He spared no space between them anymore as he reached up to touch her face with his clean one, while the other was still painted in Kaide’s blood. “I will do anything for you, and I am sorry it took me so long to realize how much I didn’t, but I love you now and till the day I die,” he confesses, and a warm shudder runs down her spine.

“Then stop loving me,” she gritted out.

“You know what I feel, for you can never be unbroken; you have my life, my soul, and my love, all of it in your hands, and only you can destroy me how you please; you can rip my heart out, Elise, and it will still call out to you,” he mutters.

Now she could feel her throat clog. What the hell was this feeling? “Get out,” she whispers as she lets that small tear trail down her face, her last words to Rygan before he leaves. But his gaze shows those as not over for him.

She quickly cleans up her tears the moment the door opens again, and this time Hayden and her pack members trail in. With Jax and others waiting, they tell their alpha and Luna of any suspicious movement, but there is no news of Chief Dexton, who was under house arrest and still hasn’t left his chambers since losing his arm.

But Hayden could barely take his eye off her since the meeting began and how quiet Elise had gotten. But he knew he couldn’t ask what she and Rygan talked about, not until she wanted to.

After they were done with the briefing of their arrangement and their journey back to him, the guards trooped out of the room, leaving the pair finally alone. “You alright?”

“The farther we are from this place after the meeting at dawn, that will be the best treatment for my stress right now,” Elise muttered.

She feels a hand on her arms that turns her around; she feels Hayden’s palms rest on her cheeks, and he tips her head upwards, leaving a deep, sweet kiss on her lips. “You, my love, were so amazing today, and I am freaking proud of you,” he

mullers.

She watched his gaze sparkle with genuine pride for her as she tiptoed to take his lips to hers. “Because you were there with me… Thank you, Hayden.”

“Anything for my queen,” he mutters with a lick to her lips. Elise sighed into it, into his kiss; she wanted to forget that look of yearning on Rygan’s face anytime their gazes met. How goosebumps had laid on her skin when he said he’d loved her.Material © NôvelDrama.Org.

“I may have let our guards outside know that we need the whole place to ourselves through my powers,” he called with a smile that Elise reflected.

“Hmm, did you.” She mutters as she takes Hayden’s lips, kissing him deeper, wanting the taste of him to make her forget, but he has other plans as he pulls her hand above his head, trapping them in the pillar.

“It’s time to reward my queen for her bravery,” he calls with another lick and bite to her earlobe. His lips began to wander lower, kissing her plump breast, ready to burst out from her dress, which he unzipped.

He watches as the silk gown drops to the ground and pools around her ankles, giving him the show of his life from her lacy underwear and her peaked nipples.

“Hmm.” he mutters with a grunt, his c***k stored in his pants but reaching for her pants instead. This night of pleasure was meant for her only.

He pulls her pants up till he is met with her already wet entrance, her sweet lavender scent already peeking through as he mutters, “I’m going to make you c***m on my tongue, my love; watch you break for me,” he mutters as Elise feels that husky heat from his breath from her aching sex.

She feels his lips kiss her inner thigh, a slow torture she what’s her to relieve before Elise could beg for him. She feels a lunge of two long fingers into her hole. “Ngh mhm-ugh**k!” She moaned.

And Hayden lets out a smirk, his eyes dark with lust and want from her moans, before lie plunges another one into her c**t.

Elise held on to the pillar beside her head, and her other hand pulled into his hair. It made Hayden grunt at the firm feel of her hold on him, and his **k stirred again.

This time, his tongue aims for her sweet, heady scent as he pushes his tongue into her clenching hole and sets Elise’s world on fire.

He sucked and licked like he was quenching a year’s thirst in his parched throat, her hands over to her a***, easing one of her legs to rest on his shoulders to get better access to her entrance.

Elise felt her ecstasy bloom harder as she felt her climax. With one more push of his merciless tongue that lapped on her sex, Elise saw white stars as she came on his tongue, and Hayden seeped every last drop. “Oh gods, Hayden-agh!”

Elise feels her legs turn to jelly, but before her feet coldly meet the ground, Hayden replaces his tongue with a hard c***k that thrusts into her sheath. With long drags that have her moaning through the night.

But behind the door was Rygan, whose heart dulled and ached with regret when he heard Elise moan. He could do nothing but walk away in retreat to the woods, where he shifts to his mighty beast and howls to the anguish of his wolf, feeling that painful tug at the bond.

Meanwhile, Hayden had seeped Elise of every last moan and climax that could come out of her till her body dropped weakly and she was sated.

She feels a kiss on her cheek as she sees Hayden dress back up swiftly. She raises herself with her elbows and her brows raised in question at his sudden haste.

“I did promise our son that I’d spend the morning with him,” he says, making Elise’s eyes roll, but she knows he means well not to break a promise to Ethan.

Especially since he’s been obsessed with taking rides on Hayden’s wolf in his shifted form when they had the chance, so with one last kiss to her temples, he leaves the room and heads to their son.

It was. It was a bittersweet moment to be alone with her thoughts, and finally, the fact that she f**d another man with Rygan in the same compound felt bizarre-something she’d ever thought about three years ago. Why was she even thinking of this? Thinking of him,

She is a different woman now, and they do not deserve pity, compassion, or empathy. Just as she was about to fall back into bed, she heard a loud banging from the doors to wake everyone up, and Elise wondered who it was.
