Chapter 334
Chapter 334
Dylan took a screenshot of Amelia's background and then began to scroll through her feed. The most recent post on her feed was a photo and video of Naomi.
Dylan clicked on the post and watched it. He raised his brows, then saved both the photo and the video to his gallery. This would prove to be a vital piece of information.
Dylan continued to scroll through Amelia's feed, curious at what she posted day to day. She placed no restrictions on her posts, so he could see every single post and status update all the way to the start of her account. Dylan spent a long time sifting through Amelia's feed, and by the time he got to the earliest post, his gallery was already filled with screenshots.
Dylan logged out of his WheeChat and began scrolling through all the new screenshots he had added to his gallery. The more he looked at them, the wider his grin grew, and at times, he was so delighted that he even smacked his steering wheel gleefully.
This friend of Naomi's was certainly an interesting character.
Dylan had already formulated a plan by the time he finished looking through his gallery. He logged back into WheeChat to send Scott a message but realized that Amelia had sent him a message.
He was not in a rush to read it. He had already gotten his hands on what he wanted, and now he had bigger priorities than Amelia's message.
Dylan picked out one of the screenshots he had taken and sent it to Scott. Then, he glanced at the time and sat back in his chair, tapping his finger rhythmically against the steering wheel as he waited patiently.
There was no way Scott would ignore him after seeing that! This is from NôvelDrama.Org.
Meanwhile, it was 10 p.m. in Las Vegras. The entire city seemed submerged in darkness, but the city lights twinkled as lively as ever.
The Days Inn Hotel twinkled magnificently against the night sky, its unique European-style architecture setting it apart from the buildings around it. This hotel had been standing here for decades now and was well known for its beautiful architecture and extravagant service.
The elevator dinged as the doors slid open.
Scott strode out of the elevator, his leather shoes click-clacking against the linoleum floor. He was wearing a tailored suit and pants, with his matching coat draped over his elbow. Despite being on the phone, he had not missed even a beat.
Jay and another one of his assistants followed behind him, dragging various suitcases and briefcases along. Scott's car was already waiting for him outside the hotel, and when he saw Scott coming out, the driver immediately opened the door for him. Scott slid into the backseat, and the door slammed shut.
The driver then placed Scott's suitcases and briefcase into the trunk. Jay and his assistant got into the car, and the driver started the engine. The car pulled away from the hotel a few seconds later.
"All the companies who had intended to work with Carver Corporation have all decided to wait this one out, ever since they heard the news. Some of them even changed their minds about working alongside them. As a result, Carver Corporation's projects have come to a halt, and the rest of the companies are awaiting our next move. Should you choose to continue working with Carver Corporation, sir, this would mean that there is nothing wrong with them, and everything will get back to normal. However, should you decide to forfeit all your contracts with Carver Corporation and stop working with them, they will be in deep trouble," the man said to Scott over the phone.
Scott lifted his head to gaze at the night sky in front of him.
