Meanwhile, Brandon and Hannah are seen outside Samatha’s house, while Mellisa is still inside crying and begging her grandma to wake up.

Mellisa wouldn’t let anyone touch her or take her grandma’s dead body away, they had to leave her alone for some time.

The nurse walked out of the house and then turned to Hannah and Brandon.

“She might fall sick if she keeps crying, she’s not listening to me, she might listen to one of you,” The nurse said and Hannah turned to Brandon and asked him to go to her as she would listen to only him.

The moment Brandon left, the nurse stood beside Hannah as they both stared at the sky.

“She loved her grandma and was willing to do anything to make sure she had recovered,” Khloe said and Hannah sighed.

“How long has she been sick?” Hannah asked.

“I do not know. I was hired by Lisa recently to take care of her, ” she said and Hannah nodded in response, then a silence followed but then Hannah broke the silence between them and spoke.

“Do you have any idea what she was trying to tell Brandon before she gave up?” She asked.

“No ideas, maybe she was trying to tell him to take care of Adrianna because she’s got no one left, except her and she’s gone,” the nurse said and Hannah sighed softly.

Mellisa on the other hand is seen sitting beside her grandma’s lifeless body with tears streaming down her cheeks.

She raised her head when she saw Brandon walk in.

“She’s the only family I have left,” she said and Brandon moved towards her, standing beside her.

“I’m sorry for all that has happened. I’m so sorry” Brandon said and she stood up and hugged him.

“I have no one left,” she cried.

“You have me. Even though you are not my child, I will always be your father and you will always be my daughter” Brandon said and Mellisa nodded in response.

He held her hands and they both walked out of the house.

Hannah and the nurse stared at both Brandon and Mellisa, she was now calm.

“We need to take her home, we will be back,” Brandon said and the nurse nodded in response.

He opened the car door and she hopped in.

“Thank you for everything, ” Hannah said to the nurse who smiled at her.

“It’s fine, at least she got her last wish,” the nurse said.

“What wish?” HannH asked.

“To see her granddaughter one last time,” she said and Hannah hummed and nodded before walking towards the car.

She and Brandon hopped inside the car and zoomed off at once.

Meanwhile, Jessica is seen in her office going through some paperwork when the door to her office bursts open revealing Matthew.

She raised her head, and to her greatest surprise, she saw Matthew. The moment she saw him, she felt her heartbeat increased immediately.

She felt like running into his embrace but she held herself back. He betrayed her, and she wasn’t going to forgive him.

“What do you want, Matthew? And how do you know I will be here? Are you spying on me?” She asked with the coldest look on her face.

” what? No. I…I came to talk to you” he said with a pitiful look on his face and Jessica scoffed.

“I do not wish to speak with you, Matthew. You should leave. Why did the security let you in?” she said as she brought out her phone to call the security.

“I will leave, you don’t have to call the security on me,” he said and she paused and dropped her phone on the table.

“I thought after you’ve read the document I sent you would understand that I never wrote about you and your family,” he said and Jessica raised her eyebrows with a confused expression on her face.

“What are you talking about? What document?” She asked and Matthew paused for a moment and then sighed.

“Oh, you never read it. Lisa never gave it to you, I should have known” he said and it was then it dawned on Jessica that the document on her bed was from Matthew but Lisa took it and never gave it to her.

“What’s in it?” Jessica asked.

“Everything you need to know about me. You should read it and you would know I’m telling the truth” he said and then turned to leave but then paused and turned to her.

“I would be going back to Houston tonight, but if you have a change of heart after reading it, you know where to find me,” he said and glared at her one more time before walking out of the office.

The moment he walked out, Jessica sighed softly wondering what was in the document.

She decided to go back home and read what was in the document.

She took her bag and walked out of the office, going back home.

Her car screeched to a halt in front of the Colby’s mansion and she alighted the car, walked inside the mansion and went upstairs to her room.

She took the document, opened it, and read it. She couldn’t believe what she had seen, Matthew was the son of Robert of Houston, one of the richest families in Houston.

How come she didn’t know, she thought, and then stood up to go confront Lisa.

She went downstairs to the dining where she met Lisa still tied to the chair and Lucas sitting at the dining table eating.

“You bitch!!” She muttered as she moved towards her and slapped her on her face.

Lisa closed her eyes and gritted her teeth.

“What was that for?” Lucas asked as he stood up.

“How dare you hit me?” She yelled as she opened her eyes struggling to free herself.

“Matthew had given you this, to give to me and you hid it. You never gave it to me” Jessica yelled and Lisa stared at the document that was in her hands with a surprised look on her face.

“How did you get your hands on this? Did you go search my room?” Lisa asked with a look of horror on her face. There were a lot of things she had hidden in the room that if anyone in the house finds they wouldn’t waste any time in killing her.

“Did you search her room?” Lucas asked.

“What? No, I didn’t, the octuplets did-”

“What?” a voice spoke from behind and they saw Brandon and Hannah standing behind them.

Jessica swallowed into nothing knowing she was in big trouble.
