“Ok, what the hell is going on Mom?” Brandon asked.

“You should ask Lisa, I believe she knows everything, ” Arianna said as she shot Lisa a deadly glare. Brandon and Lucas turned to Lisa waiting for her to speak.

“Turns out Matthew’s real name is Alexander Robert. He had targeted Jessica and your sister fell for his traps-”

“Can you just go straight to the point? I knew his name wasn’t Matthew” Lucas said and everyone turned to him.

“You knew?” Brandon asked.

“Not really, but the day we had gone out, a lady had called him Alexander Robert, he claimed not to know the lady and left. I figured out that might be his actual name” Lucas said with a shrug.

“Anyways, Matthew is a reporter and a publisher, he was paid to give out every information he knows about this family,” Lisa said and Brandon stood up at once.

“What the hell!? How did all this happen and no one knew about it? And Lucas, why didn’t you tell me?” Brandon asked.

“I didn’t know exactly and Jessica told me she’s happy and I had to stay away from her relationship. And it’s not exactly in my place to tell you everything, I believed you knew everything ” Lucas said and Brandon frowned.

“And where the hell is Jessica? How can she be so stupid, I hope any damage has not been done yet ” Brandon muttered angrily.

“Leave Jessica alone Brandon, let her breathe, she’s also a victim here, she was hurt-”

“You do not mean what you are saying, Mom. This is about our family, we need to do everything to protect this family-”

“You mean business,” Lucas said, cutting off Brandon’s speech.

“They are both the same,” he said in response.

“Everything is under control, I’ll deal with Jessica, you can go find Matthew and deal with him yourself,” Arianna said as she stood up.

She then turned to the kids who were done eating. They all stood up and walked out of the house.

“I dunno, I think Jessica is cursed, she’s never lucky with men. I feel pity for her because she loved the asshole” Lucas said Lisa laughed and everyone turned to her wondering what was funny.

“I’m gonna deal with Matthew, myself, he needs to be taught a lesson-”

“No one touches Matthew,” Jessica, who is seen climbing down the stairs, said and everyone turned to her.

“What? He fucking used you to get information about this family” Brandon yelled angrily.

“I know, that’s why I’m going to deal with him myself. No one goes near him or touches him” Jessica said and Lucas rolled his eyes.

“We both know you are a fool for love Jessica, the moment you set your eyes on him and he tells you, he loves you, you are back in his arms again,” Liam said as he took another bite of his croissants.

“Coming from someone who cannot do without Lisa even though he knows she’s a whore and a Liar” Jessica said and Lisa frowned.

“Okay, I agree, I was a fool to give Lisa another chance but not anymore, I’m not falling for her lame charms again,” Lucas said and Lisa rolled her eyes.

“You know I’m here right?” Lisa asked as she turned to Lucas.

“I know and I don’t care,” Lucas said with a cold expression on his face.

“Brandon please, I’ll deal with him myself,” Jessica said and Brandon sighed.

“Fine, but if he releases any information concerning this family, he’s dead,” he said Jessica nodded and with that, he walked away.

“Some people never learn their lessons,” Lisa said as she drank the juice on her table.

Jessica stared at her and looked away. She then turned to Lucas who was staring at her.

“What? What are you staring at?” She asked and rolled his eyes.

“Just wondering why you are never lucky with men,” he said and Jessica shot him a deadly glare.

“She’s not lucky with men and also cannot keep a man,” Lisa said as she laughed.

“Shut up Lisa” Lucas and Jessica echoed at once and Lisa rolled her eyes again and with that, Jessica walked away.

Lucas took another croissant and was about to walk away when Lisa spoke, making him pause.

“Where’s Hannah? I haven’t seen her, do you by any means know where she is? ” Lisa asked and Lucas turned to her.

“She’s somewhere you are not and it’s a good thing Lisa-”

“Can you stop being harsh towards me, you loved me once, and I know you still do”

“I loved you once. Emphasis on *ONCE*, and that’s past tense. You are my past Lisa and trust me I regret every day I loved you in the past, so, stop being delusional ” he said and with that, he walked away.

Lisa swallowed into nothing as she gritted her teeth.

“That was harsh! But you deserve it” Mellisa whispered as she stared at Lisa who had a frown on her face, while clenching her fist onto the fork in her hands.

“Seems like everyone hates you in this house,” Mellisa said and Lisa turned to her and then dropped the fork on the table.

“No, they don’t, they just pretend to because I’m everything they can never be,” Lisa said and Mellisa raised her eyebrows.

“No one wishes to be anything like you, no offense,” Mellisa said and Lisa stared at her without saying a word, and then she finally spoke.

“Offense taken-”

“If I’m to advise you, I would say you act cool to everyone and stop making troubles here and there, and trust me everyone would start liking you,” Mellisa said and Lisa raised her eyebrows as she stared at the little girl.

“Sorry, I don’t take advice from a twelve-year-old”
