“Hannah” Brandon called and she stared at him and looked away.

“What are you doing here?” She asked as he walked towards her.

“I’m sorry, just give me a chance to speak, please,” he said and Hannah stared at him straight in the eyes. He had a sad face. She wasn’t gonna fall for his charm, never.

“Leave, I’m in no mood to talk to you,” she said and then Brandon sighed and went on his knees immediately.

He kneels at Hannah’s feet, his head bowed and hands clasped in front of him. She looks down at him, her heart aching.

He raises his head, his eyes brimming with sadness. “Please,” he said, his voice trembling.

“I know I made a mistake. I’m so sorry. Please give me another chance.” She looked away from him not wanting to be moved by his words, but something in her softened.

She reached out a hand to him, and he took it, gazing up at her with hope in his eyes.

She helped him stand up from his knees.

“What you saw wasn’t what you thought. I and Lisa have nothing going between us…” he paused and brought out his phone and gave her to watch the video.

It was a CCTV video of how Lisa had entered his study room and tried seducing him and he pushed her away the first time. She watched the whole video and sighed.

He was saying the truth all along.

“I would never cheat on you Hannah, I wouldn’t dare,” he said and she rolled her eyes pretending not to care.

“You did not have to show me the video, it’s not like I care. And you didn’t have to do all of this,” she said as she gave him back his phone.

He held her hands and she raised her head and stared at him in the eyes. He stared at her with love in his eyes. She just couldn’t look away from his eyes, she was falling for his charms again. She quickly pulled herself back and composed herself.

“Fine, I know you are telling the truth. I trust you I believe you, I forgive you alright, just stop giving me that look and stop doing that thing with your eyes” she said as she pulled her hands away from him and moved back a bit.

“What thing?” Brandon asked, looking confused.

“That thing you always do with your eyes. You know what, never mind” she said and he then gave her the flower bouquet in his hands.

She glared at it for a few seconds before she took it from him.

“Thank you” she managed to say and he smiled at her. She bent her head as she was trying so hard to avoid her eyes coming in contact with his.

He smiled as he pulled her closer to himself, raised her chin with his thumbs and made her look at him straight in the eyes.

Hannah swallowed into nothing as their eyes locked against each other.

She can’t seem to look away from his eyes, and they seem to be pulling her in like magnets. She felt her pulse quickened, and her breathing grew shallow.

They were so close and she could feel his breath on her skin, and it felt like a caress. She leaned in, closing the distance between them.

“Hannah, I don’t know what you’ve done to me, I feel so crazy about you,” he said in a whisper as he stared at her lips.

His eyes moved to her eyes, and their gazes locked again.

The tension between them is palpable, and they both feel their hearts racing. Brandon leans in slowly, and their lips meet in a kiss that’s full of desire and passion.

It felt like they’d been craving each other for a very long time.

They’re lost in each other, their bodies pressed together. But just as things were heating up, Hannah pulled away, a blush on her cheeks.

Brandon smiled.

He put his head on her forehead and smiled.

“I would be ready whenever you are ready,” he said and kissed her on her forehead.

“Come, let’s open the wine. It’s your favorite ” Brandon said as he held her hands and helped her sit on the bed before pouring her a glass of wine.

She raised her head and her gazes locked with Brandon’s who was staring at her in admiration.

She felt her brain release Oxytocin, dopamine, and serotonin at once as a heavy wave of happiness and Love rushed through her veins, making her feel cold shiver down her spine.

But then she paused the moment she saw Brandon’s face, a little bit swollen and red, like someone had hit him.

“What happened to your face?” She asked as she touched him on his face.

“It’s nothing,” he said as he smiled.

“It is not nothing, Brandon. What happened to your face?” She asked and he let out a sigh.

“Lucas. He punched me”

“Why? Did the both of you get into a fight?-”

“What? No. He was the one who attacked me because Lisa told him I asked her to leave because she refused to come back to me.

Which isn’t true. I only told her to leave the house, she turned everything around and Lucas got pissed and attacked me” he said and Hannah bit her lips angrily.

“That bitch, I’m going to throw her out myself. She’s done enough already” Hannah said and stood up to leave but then Brandon held her hands, thereby stopping her.

“Don’t, Lucas would not let her leave. He would die before he let anyone harm her” Brandon said and Hannah sighed and sat down on the couch.

“What are we gonna do?” Hannah asked.

“We just have to make him see her true color and what she’s truly capable of, only then would he let go of her,” Brandon said and Hannah let out a sigh.

Now, she feels pity for Lucas, he is going to get hurt when he finds out the woman he loves is not in love with him.

“How would we even convince him she doesn’t love him? He would not listen to you if you try telling him the truth” Hannah said.

“But he would listen to you”
