Selgie was silent as her body shivered even more from the cold. Selgie looked at Kelvin’s clothes which were also wet, but the man didn’t look cold at all, even though he had helped Selgie into the water.

Selgie felt that Kelvin would put her first, more than anything else. Selgie even felt that Kelvin was guarding her secretly and would kill anyone who disturbed her.

They passed through tall trees, bushes on the side of the path, in the dark and only the moonlight helped him see the way.

Until they reached the road, Kelvin held her in his warm embrace.

Selgie felt very comfortable in Kelvin’s lap and didn’t want it to end soon.

As Selgie looked at the simple house, she saw Kelvin’s sports bike. She wondered how long Kelvin had gone without putting it down.
