Chapter 281 Fight my master!
Chapter 281 Fight my master!
Chloe Malan bit the apple in her hand and smirked, "He is pretty much getting a daughter for free. So why don’t we spice things up for him?"
"Well, just don’t go too far." Olive Steele’s mother said.
"I know, Mom. Don’t worry." Chloe Malan grinned.
On the other hand, Alan Hoyle took on a cab and told the driver the address.
It was a martial art gym that reminded Alan of the man, Dave Chou. He remembered Dave Chou was the best friend of Ivy Aldington, while now that man was the master of martial art for Annie.
Fifteen minutes later, Alan found the place where Annie get trained after the guidance of the staff.
The little girl of his, and a group of children, were practicing movements in the sun, with sweat hanging on their little faces.
Several children could not hold on and fell to the ground, but his daughter was still steady, with the little mouth roaring loudly.
His little baby was awesome.
Alan did not want his daughter to suffer, but just as Olive said, she needed to practice martial art master the ability to self-defense and strengthened her body.
Olive, in fact, had been living in the shadow of threats, so she wanted her baby girl could possess a survival skill so that she would save herself in an emergency.
Having noticed Alan very early, Dave Chou was not in a hurry to come over and say hello. It was until the end of the class that he walked slowly to Alan, "Wow, what brings your here, dear Mr. Hoyle?"
Alan heard clearly the hostility in his tone, but he smiled slightly and looked at Annie, "I'm picking up my daughter."
"You’re so funny, Mr. Hoyle. When did you have a daughter? I don’t know that."
"There she is." Alan raised his chin to Annie's direction. The little girl was having fun with other kids and pretended not to see him but could not help peeking over here from time to time.
Dave Chou glanced pretentiously, "Where? Too many kids! How do I know which one you are referring to?"
"Aniet Steele, Mr. Chou. My daughter is Aniet Steele. You don’t need me to be more specific, right?" Alan was still smiling.
"Annie, come over here." Dave beckoned.
Annie then ran to them like a butterfly, "What’s up, big beard?"
Dave patted the little guy's head, "Hey, here is a man who claims to be your father wants to pick you up."
Annie gave Alan a disdainful look and said: " Weird old man, I don’t know him."
Hearing her words, Dave smirked secretly while Alan was embarrassed. Published by Nôv'elD/rama.Org.
"See, Annie won’t go with you. I’m sorry, Mr. Hoyle."
Alan squatted down and reached out to Annie's little head. "Annie, sweetheart, come on, go home with Daddy."
"I only have one home. Grandpa will come to pick me up. Why should I go with you."
"Okay, I’m taking you back to Grandpa's house. Grandpa wasn’t here because he was drunk.."
"I don't believe it."
"Then do you want to make a phone call with Mummy? You always believe her, right?"
The little guy really had patience. She knew that Alan was her father but just refused to call him that. Only when she heard the word Mummy, her eyes flashed a bit.
Annie had not seen Olive Steele for two days. Though her grandparents told her that her mother was on a business trip, she learned from others’ comments that Olive was caught by some bad people, and she could not get through the phone at night, which never happened before. So when Alan asked her whether she wanted to call Olive, for a little, the temptation was great.
"Okay! Call her!"
Alan Hoyle took out his cell phone and dialed Olive's number. "Honey, when will you get off work?"
"You awake?" Olive's voice came through the phone.
In the sun, the corners of Alan’s mouth was slightly cocked, "Well, I am in the gym to pick up Annie, but the little girl refuses to go with me. She insists on calling you. I’ll put her on the phone."
"Mummy?" Annie grabbed the phone to her ear in a hurry and spoke out anxiously, "Where are you? why haven't you come back?"
Hearing her daughter's voice, Olive smiled, "Hey, pumpkin pie. Mommy is at work now and will go home later. Can you go home with Daddy first?"
"Really? Will you be back later?"
"Of course, you have my words."
"Then you come back soon." The little guy wanted to see her mother.
"Okay, be good, sugar, bye."
"I will, Mummy."
But after the so-called well-behaved little girl people hung up, she returned the phone to Alan and said in a wicked smile, "I’ll go with you, but you have to beat my master first."
Hearing her words, Dave Chou could not help laughing.
Such a girl!
