“Mom! Our new house is so big and beautiful!” I heard Aria shout as she looked around the condo that dad bought. Aria seems to like our new house.

I looked at Caleb and smiled. “How about you, Caleb? How’s our new house?”

“It’s fine, mom. For sure here you will have peace of mind,” he answered.

I was speechless because of what I heard, Aria didn’t seem to hear because she kept looking around.

I was about to answer but our driver came in carrying our things. I was going to leave the toy sent by that demon man in the mansion on purpose, and send it away, but Aria was the first to tell the driver to put that toy in the back of the van.

Due to the size, there are still some left in the mansion but they will be returned and brought here.

I sighed heavily and looked around our new house, this condo is big and has three bedrooms. When I entered a room, the space was also big and bigger than my big bed. In one room, I thought that Aria and Caleb should just stay there because their bed and other things fit perfectly.

I can also sleep in their room when I want.

The kitchen is just alright, the living room with a large TV and three couches. The wall color is white, I don’t know if I will paint it or not.

Since I became a mother, I have a lot of decisions to make, and of course I will think about Caleb and Aria first if they will be affected by my decision.

It’s not like before that no matter what decision I make, I’m the only one affected, now two people can be effected every time I make a decision. I’ve learned a lot from being a mother, but I always think that I wish mom was here to support me, to tell me if what I’m doing is right or wrong, I wish mom was here to help me.

I took a deep breath and smiled. I really missed her.

When all of our stuff arrived, I put it in the third room because I’m going to clean it up tomorrow. Later, I will go to Caleb’s school to say that I accept their offer to be a piano teacher, I have also chatted with Sandy that if it is possible, she will be the one to look after Caleb and Aria while I am away and she agreed. I can’t leave without someone to look after my children.

After a while I heard the doorbell, I quickly opened the door and Sandy came in front of me.

“Girl! I missed you so much!” she shouted and hugged me, I laughed and hugged her back.

“I missed you too!” I said and she let go of the hug.

“Where’s my babies?”

“Aunt Sandy!” I heard Aria shout as she ran out of the room, Caleb following her and supporting her if she falls.

When they got close, Sandy quickly hugged them and showed them the two paper bags she was carrying. “Look I have gifts for you!” she said with a smile and handed over what she brought to my children, the two quickly thanked her.

“So how’s your life?” she asked me while the two were busy opening paper bags.

I rolled my eyes. “I’m good, you also have a lot of things you need to know,” I said laughing and her eyes widened.

“Spill immediately!”

I was about to speak but Aria suddenly spoke. “Aunt Sandy, we already found our dad! He’s so handsome and cool!” she said smiling and Sandy’s lips parted at what she heard before she looked at me again and I just made her widen her eyes.

“R-really? That’s good to hear! Do you like him?” she asked Aria.

Aria smiled. “Yes! I really like him! My brother also likes him!”

Sandy smiled in response and looked at me as if she was sulking because I didn’t tell her about that matter right away, I first sent Caleb and Aria to the room to play and then Sandy and I talked.

“Oh my god, Amelia! Is their father handsome?! How did you find him?!”

I sighed heavily. “Actually, it wasn’t really a one night stand,” I said and looked away from her.

“Huh?! What happened?!”

I feel something in my throat, I don’t know if I can say it now but she’s the only one I can trust here.

“I was r-raped, I’m a victim of rape,” I promised and silence enveloped us.
