Chapter 157
Stephanie grinned bitterly, "To be honest, Ms. Nelson... Even though I got the role back, I still don't feel that confident about actually acting."
Brook laughed, "I get it, that's why I called you guys over."
"Do you have any ideas?" Asked Stephanie.
"Well, I've got an old friend... who just got back from abroad, and she can be considered as your senior! She used to be an top-tier actress and was once extremely popular... some people may still remember, but for some reason, she doesn't do any acting anymore... The crew will probably still need some time to get you guys set up, with all the props and costumes and such. So, before that, I'll have her help you guys with some crash-course acting lessons... It's your first time acting, so I won't expect a stellar performance or anything, but you can't disappoint the audience either... Otherwise, they will think you can't act. And if they see your name on a show in the future, they might just decide not to watch, which will really limit your opportunities and not be good for you."
After listening to Brook, Gillian and Stephanie both gratefully said, "Thank you for looking out for us!"
Brook continued, "You two are the cream of the crop in our class... I've always told everyone to stick together! You guys will be each other's connections in the future! Whoever becomes famous later on, you'll all be potential resources for each other! I hope your first show brings hope! Don't embarrass us, encourage your classmates!"
The two girls replied, "Don't worry, we'll do our best and not let you down!"
The next afternoon after school, Brook took them to visit her old friend.
When they met, Stephanie didn't seem too surprised since she hadn't been into following celebrities before.
But Gillian was more familiar with old actors from her school days and recognized them.
As soon as she recognized, Gillian said in amazement, "Oh my god... It's Ashley Morris the award-winning actress! It's really her!" Stephanie was dumbfounded.
Brook laughed, "Alright, calm down..."
Ashley was a woman who looked about 35, very well-maintained.

Although she was a little thin, she still had a powerful presence.
As they walked in, Ashley smiled and said, "You're here, come in and let's chat!"
"Wow, it's really her! Steph, do you know who she is?" Said Gillian.
Stephanie looked bewildered, "Feels familiar... but I can't remember where I've seen her."
"Silly Steph, do you remember the fairy tale show we watched as kids?" Said Gillian.
Stephanie suddenly realized, "Oh! That's the Fairy from that show!"
"That's right, it's her!" Said Gillian.
"Gosh... it's really her in person!" Said Stephanie.
"Do you still remember the sheets we wrapped around our heads like

The two girls stopped their conversation and walked forward with polite greetings, "Hi, Ashley!
We've loved you since we were little!"
"Ha-ha, since you were little, huh...Brook, we've really grown old, haven't we?" Said Ashley. Brook glared at them, "Do you guys even know how to talk properly?!"
