Chapter 36 Everyone Had His Temper
Chapter 36 Everyone Had His Temper
In the L Club.
Oskar was getting impatient. He looked agitated and angry. No one picked up the phone, nor sent
messages to him. Mindful of his own reputation, Oskar had no choice but to wait there.
Koby carefully checked Oskar’s condition after the drinking has gone through three rounds, “Mr. Miller,
shall I get Miss Falcon to come over?”
Koby knew his boss’s preference very well. What’s more, he thought he must do something to cool
Oskar down. So, he asked him about that.
Before Koby came to the C City, he had found Aleah Falcon, a beauty model. It was said that she was
not only in good shape and beautiful, but also had a noble family.
Somehow, Oskar broke up with her in less than one week, “It’s been a long time since I saw her last
time.”
Koby said and seemed a little embarrassed, “Before you knew Miss Clark.”
Oskar felt annoyed at the mention of Fiona. If he had known she was so hard to deal with, he would
never have provoked her no matter how beautiful she was.
“Why do you still mention her?”
He was using Aleah as an excuse to mention Fiona in front of Oskar. Koby pretended to cough, and
thought in his heart: it is because you change girlfriend so frequently.
“No. You can go now!”
Oskar leaned on the soft leather sofa, with his eyes closed, and a long and thin cigarette between his
fingers was constantly burning, but he did not take a puff.
Oskar was prone to anger. No one could say something twice to him. Koby realized this truth after
many years. Now, he knew that Oskar was in a bad mood, so he didn’t dare to talk more, and just went
out in a hurry.
When getting to the door, a beautiful figure suddenly jumped out. Koby did not look back and said, “Mr.
Miller, Miss Carlson comes to you.”
Oskar frowned and suddenly opened his eyes. He subconsciously wanted to hide from her. As soon as
he shook his head, the tipsy feeling suddenly hit him. He suddenly knocked his forehead on the edge of
the wine table.
“You hurry to go and stop her.” With one hand on his forehead, he got up and went to the toilet. He said
to himself, “She got here so quickly. I couldn’t even be along for a moment.”
The girl’s makeup was pretty and she looked unpleasant as she walked straight over here, but she was
stopped by a few waiters bribed by Koby.
As soon as she saw those big men in front of her, Dixie frowned and bit her mouth. She pointed to the
person in front of her and said, “Get out of the way. I come here to see Osmarr.”
“Osmarr is not here.”
Only then did it occur to her that she was in the C City, not K City, and no one knew Osmarr.
“I mean Oskar.” Dixie raised her head with pride, “The successor of Prosperity, the son of the boss of K
Restaurant. Now, you must know him.”
Since these waiters took Koby’s money, they must fulfill the task. But that made Dixie smash a bottle of
wine on the bar.
Koby was in dilemma, but he had no choice but to go to say to her, “Miss Carlson.”
“Well, Koby, you were enjoying the show just now, right? Where is Oskar?”
Hearing her call him by name, Koby only felt his blood freeze.
Dixie was just 19, and almost ten years younger than Oskar. She was the daughter of Ryland’s friend.
His friend got this daughter in his old age. Therefore, he treasured Dixie so much. She was pampered
since childhood.
But this girl was eccentric. She couldn’t get on well with others at the same age as her. She always
quarreled with them. But she was close to Oskar, and Oskar treated her like a little sister.
Until he understood the love affairs of men and women, he suddenly realized Dixie was just like a time
bomb around him. As long as he had a woman around him, the bomb would explode.
She tried so hard to find him. At that moment, she couldn’t calm down and just push away Koby to rush
inside.
After entering the private room, she found that it was very quiet around, but there was the smell of
tobacco and wine. It was obvious that someone had just stayed here.
“Osmarr, come out to see me.” She kicked away the bottle at her feet, “Oskar! Do not hide.”
Koby acted as if he knew nothing, “Miss Carlson, Mr. Miller left just now.”
Before he finished speaking, Dixie was getting irritated, “Where did he go? Who did he go with? Aleah
or Fiona?”
“Neither.”
“Neither? He has a new girlfriend?” She stared at him, which could even make him shiver, “What’s her
name? Where does she come from? Who is her?”
Koby couldn’t bear being asked so many questions. Just as he was about to say something to her,
someone was knocking at the door.
Dixie subconsciously looked over. Emily stood there, with only a thin coat on her. She went there in a
hurry, so her forehead was full of sweat. She originally wanted to call Oskar to make it clear, but his
mobile phone was turned off.
Dixie looked her up and down, which made Emily uncomfortable, because Dixie saw her as a mistress.
“Excuse me, is Mr. Miller in this room?”
Everything was ruined if Emily started to talk to Dixie. Oskar, who was hiding in the toilet thought Emily
came here at a really “good” time point.
“Who are you? Why do you look for him?” Dixie asked her.
“Since Mr. Miller has something to deal with, then I will not disturb you. You guys can go on.” Content © NôvelDrama.Org 2024.
Emily was a sensible person. After saying that, she turned around to go.
Koby felt so nervous, and thought Emily was really clever. But he didn’t expect that Dixie rushed to
drag her, and even slapped her on the face.
Emily was a little confused after being slapped by her. It took a few seconds for her to realize what had
happened just now. She covered her face, “How can you slap me?”
Generally speaking, it’s never right to slap someone. But the woman in front of Emily didn’t feel sorry at
all. She was arrogant and domineering, and said, “I’ve seen a lot of bitches like you. You can’t seduce
Oskar no matter how beautiful you are. You don’t even know who he really is.”
She was so angry, and was even insulted by her, so she slapped right back on Dixie’s cheek, which not
only scared Dixie, but also made Koby, who was going to stop them, dumbfounded.
“You dare to hit me?”
About five seconds later, Dixie stared at the beautiful woman in front of her and couldn’t believe what
had happened. No one dared to treat her like this since childhood.
“Do you know what it will cost to hit me?”
Emily sniffed at her. She had nothing to lose, “This is returned to you. How can you be so tough even if
it’s you who hit me first?”
“What are you doing here? Can you leave me alone just for a while?”
Oskar was forced out by them. When Dixie saw him, it seemed that she was a wronged daughter and
now saw her own parents. She rushed into his arms to complain, “Oskar, she hit me. You have to settle
this matter for me. I know she must be your new girlfriend. Now since you come out, I don’t want to
settle with her, but you must give me an explanation.”
Once he heard these words, he felt a headache but also felt relieved in his heart. Every time Dixie
appeared, she would either hit someone, or chase someone away.
Emily was the first person to make her like this, indicating that they were well-matched adversaries.
