The next morning, Nathan brought Collins and the Elite Eight with him to visit Zion, intending to understand the situation. However, when they arrived at the offices of the Integrity Department's Special Investigation Unit, they were denied entry.

The gatekeepers stopped them with an emotionless expression on their faces.

The leader of the gatekeepers spoke in a monotonous, professional tone. "I'm sorry, Chief Cross, but we're not accepting visitors at the moment. Since you didn't make any appointments, you can't enter."

Nathan furrowed his eyebrows while his subordinates were enraged.

Just as he finished, a cold sneer was heard.

The gatekeepers made way for him as he walked out.

Sigurd still remembered the slap Colin had given him the previous day, and he was holding a grudge against Colin.

The two men glared at each other before Sigurd pretended to be surprised by Nathan's appearance. "Ah, I'm surprised you're personally paying us a visit, Chief Cross. Nice to meet you!"

Nathan stared at him and replied calmly, "Your place sure has far stricter rules than mine or the White House. I can't believe this place only accepts appointed visits."

A bad feeling surged in Sigurd's heart as he stared at Nathan guiltily.
