Edward and Bradley were stunned. They didn't hear about the news.

Julian replied, "I'll announce this to the outside world later on. Lana is still an unmarried woman. So, you don't have to worry, Mr. York. You can either choose to have her or give her to your son."

"Alright. That's settled then." Passion flashed across Bradley's eyes and he swiftly agreed.

After that, the three men came up with a plan to bait Sebastian.

At the same time, Sebastian was using Flying Acupuncture to force the poison out of Bruce's body in a cave while Lana guarded the entrance.

They went to that place some time ago because Cassandra's mansion wasn't a safe place anymore.

After all, Sebastian disguised himself and stole a huge amount of herbs from the Lennon residence. He had also killed an esteemed elder there.

Since Cassandra was the one who brought him to the residence, Julian would've suspected her. As such, he might search her mansion with his subordinates at any moment.

That was because Sebastian was hiding in a cave nearby. If Julian attacked her, Sebastian would rush over and rescue her.

"Tell me the truth, Cassandra. Who is Mr. Wond?" Julian asked.

After that, Cassandra knelt and replied, "I'm sorry, Grandpa. I didn't expect things to turn out like this. I thought his alchemy skills were amazing, so I believed him. I'll accept your punishments, Grandpa."

After that, Julian brought Cassandra back to the Lennon residence. There was a wooden stake in an open space near the house. Apart from that, some wood was placed around the stake.

"What's going on, Grandpa?" Cassandra realized that something was wrong.

"Tie her up," Julian ordered coldly.

Then, Julian told his guards, "Light the stake up an hour later. If anyone dares to intervene, kill them!"
