Rejected Luna Queen

Chapter 91

Nolan’s POV

I paced in front of the packhouse, waiting for the Alpha of the Red Moon Pack to appear, a storm of emotions churned within me.

The Red Moon Pack, a name that was now synonymous with cruelty in my mind, held nothing but disdain and anger for me. They had made Nesta’s life hell, and for that, they would pay.

Finally, the Alpha emerged from the packhouse. He approached me with a nervous energy, his smile shaky and his eyes darting around as if seeking an escape route.

His demeanour did nothing to temper my anger; if anything, it fueled it. I didn’t. bother to ask his name because, frankly, I didn’t care.

To me, he was just another obstacle in my path to exacting justice for Nesta. This was something I wanted to do way before I found out she was a Healer.

“Alpha Prince,” he greeted me shakily, bowing his head in a show of respect that felt insincere.

I didn’t return the greeting. Instead, I let the silence stretch, allowing the tension to build. The violent energies rolling off me were palpable, and I could see the effect they had on him.

He shifted uncomfortably, his smile fading as he realised this was not a visit for pleasantries. Good. I hate when they act dumb.

“Do you know why I’m here?” I finally asked, my voice cold and steady.

He swallowed hard, visibly struggling to maintain his composure. “I… I assume it’s about the pack.”

I took a step closer, watching as he fought the urge to step back. “You assume correctly. This pack, under your leadership, has done unspeakable things. You made Nesta’s life a living hell, and for that, you will answer.”

His eyes widened, and he opened his mouth to speak, but I cut him off. He didn’t expect me to mention Nesta’s name. Does he even know I’m talking about her? “You don’t deserve to be an Alpha. Not now, not ever.” My voice was a growl, filled. with barely restrained fury. “I’m shutting this pack down.”

Panic flashed across his face. “You can’t just shut us down! We have families, children-”

“I don’t care.” The words came out with a finality that left no room for argument.

“You forfeited any claim to sympathy when you allowed, or worse, encouraged the abuse of an innocent. Your pack will be disbanded, and you will answer for your crimes.”

I hadn’t asked Rowan for permission, but I knew he wouldn’t deny me. The weight of what I was about to do sat heavily on my shoulders, but it was nothing compared to the pain Nesta had endured.

The urge to punish the whole pack for what she went through was overwhelming. even if it sounded hypocritical considering my own actions.

But unlike this Alpha, I was ready to face the consequences of my actions.Material © NôvelDrama.Org.

As I spoke, I could see the realisation dawn on his face. He knew there was no way out. The power dynamics had shifted, and he was at my mercy.

The pack members began to gather, sensing that something monumental was happening. Their fearful whispers reached my ears, but I remained focused on the man before me.

“You will step down immediately.” I commanded. “And the pack members will be given the choice to join other packs or leave pack life altogether. This territory will be dissolved.”

He looked like he wanted to protest, but the severity in my gaze silenced him. The decision was made, and there was no turning back.

“This is the consequence of your actions,” I said, my voice carrying over the assembled pack members. “Learn from it, if you can. Because I promise you, there will be no mercy for those who choose to harm the innocent.”

With that, I turned and walked away, leaving the stunned Alpha and his pack to process the gravity of what had just happened.

I felt a grim satisfaction settle over me. The Red Moon Pack was no more, and though it wouldn’t erase the pain Nesta had suffered, it was a step towards justice. As I headed back to the makeshift airstrip where my pilot waited, I couldn’t help but think of Nesta. I hoped that, somehow, this would bring her a measure of peace.

I turned to my men, a group of loyal and fierce warriors who had accompanied me on this mission. Their faces were hard and resolute, ready to carry out my orders. I could see the same fury in their eyes that burned within me. “Listen up,” I said, my voice steady and authoritative. “I want the Alpha, his son, and the son’s mate punished severely. They need to understand the consequences of their actions.”

The men nodded, understanding the weight of their task. I trusted them implicitly to execute my orders with the precision and severity required.
