Pursuing My Ex Wife in Full Blooming Spring

Chapter 221

Chapter 221

Dylan and Naomi looked at Scott, surprised by his answer.

Dylan was perplexed. What else could Scott be busy with? Did he not make such a huge effort to sacrifice himself so Naomi would worry about him and care for him?

Naomi was already worried about him and caring for him, but he had 'something' else to do? What the hell was going on?

A thought then crossed Dylan's mind, and he smiled at Scott.

Scott must be plotting something else!

Naomi reacted slower than Dylan. She looked at Scott's calm face. It was only normal that Scott had something else to do. He was always busy working. He had been spending time with them getting to understand Herland's history and culture, but he did not do other work.

Naturally, he had to work on his other stuff. Perhaps, it could be other engagements as well.

However…

Naomi looked at his clothes. It was dry a long time ago, but it would be better if he could return to the hotel to change his clothes.

She asked, "Is it urgent? Do you need to head there right now?"

She would never force him or ask him to do anything. She would only ask him. Whether he wanted to listen to her or not was up to him.

Scott looked at her concerned face and replied, "It's urgent."

Dylan lowered his head and pursed his lips in a smile. He was afraid that Naomi would notice, so he turned and stopped looking at them. Then, he smiled widely.

Urgent? What a load of crap.

Naomi looked disappointed. The light in her eyes dimmed. She nodded. "Alright then. I'll head back to the hotel."

Naomi could say nothing else. She looked out the window.

It was not too late into the night, and cars were still driving around. She could hail a taxi and head back to the hotel while Scott could go about his business.

At that thought, she placed the medicine in her bag and said to Scott, "My foot's better now, so I can hail a taxi. You can get going."

She was about to get out of the car when Scott said, "I'll send you back to the hotel."

Dylan turned to look at them excitedly.

Naomi thought for a while before nodding. "Alright, then." He might be worried if she headed back on her own. It should not take too much time for her to send her back first.

Scott said to the chauffeur, "Back to the hotel."

"Yes, Mr. Lawson."

Soon, the car headed back to the hotel.

Naomi silently looked out of the window. Her gaze resumed her quiet self. She was no longer worried.Text © 2024 NôvelDrama.Org.

Scott looked at her before looking away and closing his eyes.

Dylan looked at Naomi before looking at Scott. He had the urge to laugh once more. It was really hard to hold it in.

This was fun!

In 10 minutes or so, the car stopped in front of the hotel. Scott got the chauffeur to send Naomi in. He got Dylan to drive.

Dylan was stunned. When did he become the chauffeur?

Dylan was pointing at himself, but before he could react, the chauffeur got out of the car, took the wheelchair, and wheeled Naomi into the hotel.

Dylan was still in the front passenger seat. He watched as the chauffeur and Naomi walked into the building. He then turned to look at Scott, who was looking at the hotel lobby. "Wait, I can understand that you're trying to win your wife back. It's alright to use some tactics, but can you not use me as your slave? I have my own nightlife, and you're being—"

"We're going to the Drunken Kitten," Scott interrupted Dylan's blabbering. He turned to look at Dylan.

This response stunned Dylan, and he blinked at Scott. "You really do have something on."
