Never Blinded by Love (Linda and Wilson)

Never 188

Chapter 188

Linda had driven to the village. On the way back, she couldn't help but think about William's gaze.

After all, she had truly loved him once. She couldn't bear to see him.

sad.

William, on the other hand, was still in the village.

He was chatting to Stephen.

"Do you really think it's possible to relight an old flame, or is that just a saying?"

Stephen had only graduated about a year ago. He never dated anyone in university. All he cared about was studying. He was a complete newbie when it came to dating.

He rubbed his head awkwardly as he said, "Mr. Wilson, isn't that about how you and the other person see each other? If the other person has no intentions of getting back together, then no matter how hard you try to light this old flame, it will never light up again. It won't return to

how it used to be.

"I remember what my professor told me back in university. If you. can't succeed at what you want to do even if you've already done your best, that means it's time to give up. Everyone needs to move on. If you keep staying in one place while everyone else is moving on, you'll be the only one left behind."

Did William end up listening to that? No one really knew.

Stephen changed the topic and said, "Mr. Wilson, I'm not the only one who thinks it won't work out to turn this place into a resort."

"Who else said that?"

"Ms. Felix did."

"What did she tell you?"

"Ms. Felix told me that you're most likely not going to get anything. back from it. None of the villagers want to leave this place. Perhaps. this is just a rundown, scrappy village to those of you who live in the big city, but to those of us who have always lived here, this is home. No one wants to leave their home."

His assistant had finally arrived.

William stood up and patted the dust off him. "Alright. I'll think about

it."

Stephen walked William to the entrance.

He watched William enter the car and only went back to the office. after watching the car drive away."

Linda called the screenwriters for a meeting when she got back to the

company.

All the pictures she had taken of the village were projected onto the screen behind her.

"So, what do you guys think?" Linda asked everyone for their opinion.Exclusive content © by Nô(v)el/Dr/ama.Org.

"Ms. Felix, I personally think it's okay to use this village for a few scenes, but there's no need to film the entire movie there."

"I agree. I think it'll be okay to get a few scenes here, but we won't be able to film our whole movie in one location. The main character will go from being in a small village to a small city and eventually the international stage. Every location change will represent her inner growth."

They were right.
