Chapter 315
Chapter 315
The whole villa was still the same as before he left, but Aurora was nowhere to be seen.
"Aurora! Aurora!"
Jared looked all through the entire room, even the wardrobe, but failed to find Aurora. His broad chest
hove and his cold eyes were quickly filled with red blood.
Jared thought to himself, "Where did she go? Has she already left?"
An inexplicable sense of loss and panic swept over Jared. Just now, she looked very abnormal. He
shouldn't have been cold to her but should have held her in his arms to coax her.
He should have told her that he was reluctant to force her and that he knew what was what, so he
wouldn't hurt her when they were together.
He should have taught her more about physiology. She lost her mother at a young age. Once her
school gave out physiology books to the students. She shyly hid the book at the bottom of her
backpack, afraid to let him see it.
Jared's mind was in turmoil. He was about to drive to find her with the car key in his hand, but suddenly
he saw the pink slipper she wore.
A pink slipper fell on the carpet of the living room. He looked forward and found there seemed to be a
person sitting in the corner near the floor-to-ceiling window. His view was obscured by the curtains that
were drawn, so he didn't see just now.
Jared quickly walked over and reached out to draw the curtains.
Aurora sat with her hands clasped around her knees on the soft carpet, curling up in the corner. She
buried her small face in her knees, wearing only one slipper.
She sat quietly here, curling herself up, her brown curly hair neatly and softly hanging down loosely,
and a faint sadness lingered around her quietly.
Jared's heart squeezed. He reached out and gently touched her head.
Aurora looked up at him.
Jared thought there would be tears on her face, but her face was dry as well as her eyes. There were
no tears, but her pupils were slightly unfocused.
Soon her eyes were on him. "Have you bought the medicine?"
Jared's voice grew hoarse, and he nodded, "Yes. How could you still lose your shoes while walking like
a kid?"
He crouched down and put the pink slipper in his hand on her.
Aurora looked at him and lightly smiled. "I suddenly changed my mind and don't want to take the RêAd lat𝙚St chapters at Novel(D)ra/ma.Org Only
medicine. Throw away the medicine. Throw it away."
When she was sitting here just now, she suddenly remembered something. On the day of the
miscarriage, when she woke up from a coma, she had already been in the hospital. In the morning, the
blood in the room had already seeped into the outside. After finding that, other tenants quickly called
the police and took her to the hospital.
She still remembered a female doctor, who was wearing a white coat. Looking at her with disdain, the
doctor said, "You're so young but don't learn self-love. Why didn't you come to the hospital when you
felt sick? You lost a lot of blood last night and had an abortion just now. Your uterus has been severely
damaged, so you won't get pregnant again in the future."
Aurora still remembered that on her birthday, Jared slapped her across the face, and then Mrs.
Gallagher kicked her out of the house.
She didn't have anyone around her, and the pain in her legs made her ashamed, so she had to endure
it. Later, she had a miscarriage, and the doctor told her many terms, such as miscarriage and difficulty
in conception again.
