Chapter 183

Wilson seethed with impotent rage as he was restrained in a chair, his movements hindered. The

desire to charge at Bradley and bring them both to their end burned within him, but it remained nothing

more than a futile fantasy.

Having served as Liliane’s attending physician for many years, Wilson was well aware of the situation

in her family. With a sinister smile, he targeted Bradley’s vulnerable spot.

“Mr. Warner, is this how you protect your beloved?” He sneered. “Or is it that the mighty Mr. Warner has

fallen for a murderer? Esther… She killed your grandfather. It was because of her that he died…”

Wilson’s maniacal laughter filled the air. “That wretched Esther deserves to die!

Wilson’s words pierced Bradley’s heart like venom. He took a step forward, gripping Wilson’s chin

forcefully.

Wilson felt his jaw straining as if Bradley could shatter his bones at any moment.

“Birch, my wife is not to be spoken ill of by anyone,” Bradley declared with a crazed and ruthless

expression. His deep eyes burned with a fierce determination to kill. “Whether she lives or dies is my

decision!”

A cryptic chuckle escaped Wilson’s throat as he met Bradley’s mocking gaze.

“She’s guilty. That’s her burden. None of you have the right to deny her the right to live just because

she’s guilty!

“No matter how noble your reasons may seem, a crime is a crime, and murder is murder!”

Bradley released his grip on Wilson’s chin and casually pulled out a silk handkerchief from his suit

pocket, wiping his fingers with nonchalance. RêAd lat𝙚St chapters at Novel(D)ra/ma.Org Only

Disgust and a menacing aura filled Bradley’s eyes, sending a chill down Wilson’s spine.

“Now, I want the truth.”

There was no way Wilson could reveal the truth to Bradley. He couldn’t disclose his plan to forcibly take

Esther’s heart for Liliane’s sake.

“The truth is, I want Esther dead. I want her heart…”

Bradley’s cold gaze swept over Wilson’s deranged face.

Without uttering a word, Bradley turned around and left the room.

Outside the room, an elegantly dressed woman carrying a limited-edition Birkin approached Bradley.

“Mr. Warner-”

“Save your breath,” Bradley interrupted, looking down at the boy standing beside the woman. His voice

was distant and cold. “As the saying goes, confess and you may receive leniency, resist and you will

face severe consequences. It’s his choice.”

Wilson had made his choice, and Bradley was seeking his revenge.

The doctor who was supposed to save lives turned out to be a merciless killer! Such scum

deserved to pay for their actions.

“H-He…”

The woman attempted to say something, but Bradley walked past her with indifference.

Letting out a sigh, she took her son’s hand and entered the detention center.

When Wilson caught sight of his wife, Sarah Romney, and child, Tom, a wave of guilt washed over

him.

Sarah said, preparing to reveal the truth, “Wilson, we are both doctors. I understand why you did this-”

However, Wilson sternly interrupted her. “She deserves to die.”
