I love you till the end, Mr. Buenavista

LEFT OR RIGHT

From the moment the door opened, Samarra was struck by the dining room’s design, which had a Mediterranean feel. The left side is surrounded by wall glass, allowing visitors to see the infinity pool, while the right side is made of marble and features a fireplace in the center. Two massive gold chandeliers and an old rose with many crystals hang from the high ceiling. Samarra now understands why a night at Villa Vista costs 50, 000 pesos, as the villa’s interior resembles that of a foreign country.

“Love, let’s sit,” Zachary said, grabbing her waist and leading her into the dining room.

While Samarra looked at Zachary, who continued to eat whenever her father asked him, she smiled because it was such a simple way for her father to know Zachary. So, Samarra knew she had nothing to worry about.

“Son, we need to talk after you eat,” Daddy Frost said solemnly, turning Samarra’s head to Zachary.

Her gaze was drawn to his simple swallowing, and he smiled and nodded to her father.

“Yes, Dad,” Zachary said tentatively.

“Frost, you made my son’s knees tremble,” Daddy Calvin said, smiling at Daddy Frost.

Daddy Frost stood up and turned to face Zachary when they finished their meal. He was taken aback and looked at her.

“Love, I’ll fix our clothes later,” Zachary said.

She nodded as he kissed her on the forehead before following her father.

Samarra sighed as Zachary walked away before turning to face her mother.

“Mom?!”

“Do you agree, honey?”

“What brought you to the Philippines, Mom?”

“Did your husband not tell you?”

Samarra frowned at her mother’s words because Zachary had not mentioned her talking to her parents.

“What exactly are you saying?”

“Oh, never mind,” Mommy Samantha immediately took her back, as if she wanted to say something but chose to remain silent.

“Mom?”

“Shhh… Let your husband tell you. Okay?”

Samarra just nodded to what her mother said because there was nothing else she could do but wait for Zachary to explain why her parents were in the Philippines.

“Mom, I’ll go upstairs,” she said, kissing her mother’s cheek and Mommy Lorraine’s.

While Zachary talked to her father, she decided to fix her and Zachary’s clothes. Samarra was walking when she came across Ezekiel, who was just down the stairs. Ezekiel was dressed in tattered pants and a white polo shirt with a few buttons open to reveal his broad chest, and his shoulder-length hair was loose.

“Where are you going?” Uncontrollably, Samarra inquired.

“Do I need to inform you, Miel?” Ezekiel said to her with a mischievous smile. Samarra was embarrassed by her brother-in-arrogance, the law; she chose not to respond and smiled as if nothing had happened.

“Tsk, never mind,” Samarra grumbled as she continued climbing the stairs.

“Do you want to come with me? I’ll go for a walk around the villa.” Ezekiel looked at him.

“Are you serious?” she asked, her eyes welling up because this was the first time Ezekiel had taken her for a walk after their trip to Singapore’s mall.

“Is it yes or no?” Ezekiel inquired impatiently, and she rolled her eyes in annoyance.

“Okay,” she said as she followed Ezekiel out the door, who took the lead.

Samarra dashed out the door to catch up with Ezekiel. Samarra immediately stopped and turned away from Ezekiel, leaning against the car with a side view of her. Samarra inhaled profoundly and rested her right hand on her chest. Her heartbeat was as strong as it had been when she first saw Ezekiel.

Why does her heartbeat appear to be expected?

Samarra posed a question to herself because her heartbeat was racing in her chest when she looked at Ezekiel from a distance.

“Are you daydreaming, Miel?”

Samarra immediately shook her head and approached Ezekiel.

What made her stop?

She was aware that she kept looking stupid in front of Ezekiel.

“Where would you like to start? Right or left?”

As they stood in the middle of the road, she fixed her gaze on Ezekiel. Samarra wasn’t sure where to start because she knew both of the villa’s views were stunning.

“Number?” Ezekiel frowned as Samarra asked, possibly wondering why she was asking for the number.

“What?” Ezekiel inquired, perplexed.

“I said, one to ten,” Samarra said again.

“Four?” Ezekiel responded anxiously.

“Right or left?”

“Huh? I want to start with you,” Ezekiel was adamant.

She widened her eyes, furious, and said, “Don’t wait for me, furious.”

So Ezekiel immediately responded to her query.

“Okay, right,” he said as if he had no choice but to peak.

Samarra was singing right and left while nodding, raising her index finger, and pointing right and left.

“We’ll pass on the left, according to my prediction,” she said, looking at Ezekiel. She was as surprised as he was when he burst out laughing.

“You’re unpredictable, Miel,” Ezekiel said between laughs.

“Stop it,” she chastised Ezekiel.

She turned away from him and walked away when he couldn’t stop laughing.

“Miel, stop,” Ezekiel said as she turned to face him.Content from NôvelDr(a)ma.Org.

“What?”

“I told you to stop walking.”

“I can’t hear you,” she continued to walk in front of him.

“Miel, stop… stop there,” Ezekiel said, which she ignored and turned away from because she knew he was teasing her.

“Whatever, Kiel,” she said as she turned to continue walking.

“MIEL!!”

Ezekiel called her name again, and she turned to face him as one of her feet fell into the hole.

Samarra held on to what she let go of while balancing herself so she didn’t fall and sat on the ground.

“I told you to stop; you’re so stubborn,” Ezekiel said as he approached her.

She glared at her, irritated. Instead of immediately assisting her, preaching to her was prioritized.

“Can you please stop talking now? Can you assist me first?” She whimpered here as if he had no intention of assisting her immediately.

“Can you say please first?”

Instead of immediately assisting her, Ezekiel was able to make a request. She wanted to scold him so she wouldn’t turn around and fall if he didn’t call her.

“Kiel, kindly help me…”

She had no choice but to follow Kiel when she asked for his assistance, even if it was against her will.

“All right, that sounds better.”

One of his hands automatically wrapped around her waist, and the other was on her leg, slowly lifting her.

“What exactly is going on here?”
