A moment later, Stefan said, "Honey, when you chat with your mom, see if you can gauge her attitude towards your dad."

Lucinda also hoped that her father wasn't a bad man and that it was all just a misunderstanding.

She asked with concern, "Lucy, is something bothering you? Can you share it with me?"

"Nothing."
