Falling For My Mysterious Wife

Falling For My Mysterious Wife By Cassidy Alfaro Chapter 210

Chapter 210

When Elaina returned, Deven was holding Alisha in his arms and comforting her. Elaina could sense Deven’s unfriendly gaze toward her.

She smiled and walked over slowly. “What’s wrong, Ms. Lory?”

“Ms. Gainsford, I know that I have let you down before, but I apologized to you, and you forgave me just now. Why did you…” Alisha cried as she showed others her face that had been beaten.

Deven was in a bad mood. The way he looked at Elaina was not only unfriendly but also hostile.

Elaina couldn’t help but laugh. “Ms. Lory, do you want to say that I hit you?”

“Ms. Gainsford, I can do nothing if you don’t admit it. There are no surveillance cameras in the bathroom, and I have no evidence,” Alisha said, feeling particularly wronged.

Deven hugged her tightly and looked at Elaina coldly. “Ms. Gainsford, I thought you would at least keep your word. How could you attack Alisha like this? You have really amazed me.

“Ms. Gainsford, you acted differently in front of me and behind my back. Don’t you think that you are despicable?”

Hearing Deven’s words, Elaina did not have any reaction. On the contrary, Jalen was not that

pleased.

“Mr. Stein, mind your words. What Alisha said is probably not the truth. Do you think that no one

will support Ella?” As he spoke, Jalen walked to Elaina, and what he meant was obvious.

Elaina’s heart skipped a beat. She tilted her head and looked at the man beside her with mixed

feelings.

Although she could solve the problem herself and did not need Jalen’s help, it was different if he took the initiative to protect her.

Alisha cried in grievance and looked at Jalen. “Jalen, I know that you will protect Ms. Gainsford. I do not want to be enemies with her. Today, I took the initiative to seek peace. I did not expect her to…”

“Ella didn’t hit you. Even if she did, so what?” Jalen glanced at Alisha and said overbearingly.

Alisha was suddenly speechless, and even Deven’s expression was not good.

Elaina was satisfied with Jalen’s words. She indeed thought the same. So what if she hit Alisha?

She walked to Alisha. Deven became vigilant and protected Alisha behind him. “What do you want to do?”

“Mr. Stein, don’t be nervous. I just ask Ms. Lory a few questions.” Elaina smiled faintly and looked

at Alisha.

“Are you sure I was the one who hit you?” Elaina asked.

“Ms. Gainsford, the evidence is still on my face. What do you argue about?” Alisha pointed at her cheeks with red eyes.

After getting a definite answer, Elaina nodded with satisfaction. Just as Alisha was wondering what

she meant, she made her move.

She raised her right hand and used all her strength to slap Alisha.

Deven saw it. He wanted to stop Elaina, but he failed. Exclusive © content by N(ô)ve/l/Drama.Org.

With a bang, Alisha staggered and almost fell to the ground. For a time, disbelief filled her heart, and she looked at Elaina blankly.

Elaina shook her hand and said self-deprecatingly, “It hurts a lot to hit someone.”

She was in so much pain, let alone Alisha. This time, Alisha’s tears streamed down non-stop.

“Elaina!” Alisha roared and was about to fight Elaina.

Before she could get close, she was stopped by Jalen. “With me here, no one can touch her.”

“Jalen…”

“It’s okay, Jalen. Make way. I haven’t had enough fun.” Elaina smiled and raised her eyebrows at Alisha provocatively.
