She quickly hurried to her room to take her bath because she had started to feel stinky.

She rushed to her room and quickly took her bath, after which she took from the few clothes she left in her wardrobe and put it on.

She walked out of her room to Jessica’s room, there she met her sitting on her bed while going through her phone.

Jessica raised her head as she noticed someone had entered her room and to her greatest surprise she saw Grandma Elizabeth.

“Grandma,” she called surprised and Elizabeth smiled at her and sat close to her on the bed.

“What are you doing here?” Jessica asked

“Are you still gonna push me away like your Brother did?” Elizabeth asked.

“No, Grandma. Of course not. I was just surprised to see you here knowing Brandon kicked you out” Jessica said and Elizabeth sighed softly.

“Where do you stay now?” Jessica asked worriedly. Even though her grandma was capable of doing evil, she was still her grandmother.

After her father and mother had left, she was the one who took care of her.

“Brandon froze my account, there’s no way I can be able to assess the money in my account,” Elizabeth said and Jessica sighed softly.

“But why will you hire hitmen to kill Brandon’s wife? Maybe you should apologize to her so she can talk to Brandon and then you can come live here again ” Jessica said and Elizabeth scoffed.

She cannot imagine herself apologizing to Hannah, never, it was over her dead body.

“I can’t, besides I do not think Brandon listens to anyone, aside from Camilla when she was still here,” Elizabeth said and Jessica heaved a sigh of sadness.

She misses her mom a lot, she just wished things had turned out differently for their family.

Jessica then opened the side of her wardrobe and brought out a cheque book. She then wrote a cheque and gave it to Elizabeth.

“I know you need it,” Jessica said and Elizabeth smiled at her and muttered a thank you.

“You should apologize to Hannah, it’s going to fix everything, ” Jessica said and Elizabeth stood up without saying a word and walked out of the room.

Just then she heard her phone ring, it was a call from the private investigator she hired to find out everything about Rhoda.

“Hello,” she said as she answered the phone call.

“I think I found something about Rhoda”

“What did you find about her?” Elizabeth asked

“She is the ex-best friend of Hannah Rodriguez,” the investigator said in reply and Elizabeth paused.

“What? Really” she asked surprised

“Yes, and there’s more”

“Meet me at a restaurant down town, I’ll be on my way,” Elizabeth said as she ended the call.

She rushed inside her room, put on a heavy makeup, and brushed her hair. She took her bag and rushed out of her room.

She climbed down the stairs and was about to walk out of the house when she saw Hannah walk out of the kitchen.

She smirked evilly as she stared at her and then looked away before rushing out of the house.

A Black car came to a halt in front of The octuplets school.

All eyes turned to the car as it was an expensive one and a rare car in Atlanta city.

Brandon alighted the car and all eyes were on him.

“Oh my goodness! Who’s this man?” a teacher muttered as she stared at Brandon.

“It’s him, Brandon Colby… Oh my goodness I can’t believe this is him” another teacher muttered. They were all murmuring as they saw Brandon.

The Colby’s are known to be a popular family in Atlanta city because of their history about how complicated their family was and how ruthless they were. No one goes against them and survive.

Most people think they are even mafia because of how well they were feared and respected.

Brandon opened the car door and the octuplets alighted the car.

“Oh my, is he the father of the octuplets”

“They look so much like him and they are so cute” the teachers and students kept saying among themselves.

“Okay, why is everyone staring at us now?” Allison muttered

“I think they are all drooling over Dad,” Jayden said and the octuplets raised their heads and stared at Brandon who held his face with no expression on it.

Just then The class teacher of the octuplets came rushing towards them and the octuplets rolled their eyes.

“Jayden, you and your siblings weren’t in school yesterday. I heard it was because your mommy got shot” the teacher said

“How did you know she was shot?” Jamie asked, almost surprised.

“I saw it on the news,” the teacher said

He’s so handsome” the teacher said as she stared at Brandon who stared at her with no expression on his face.

Now, I see where the octuplets got their looks from” the teacher said Brandon managed to smile at the teacher and the teacher almost yelled happily.

“Oh my goodness! Did he just smile and talk to me at me” the teacher thought as she felt so many butterflies in her stomach.

Just then Brandon heard his phone ring, he checked the caller’s ID and then turned to the kids.

“I have to go now, I’ll be coming to pick you guys up when you close. Take care of yourselves alright?” Brandon said and the kids nodded in response.

“I’m on my way to the company already,” he said as he answered the phone call. He hopped into his car and zoomed off.

Meanwhile, the teacher kept staring at his car until it was out of sight.

“Teacher, can you please help me with my shoes? It feels so tight” Jayden said and the teacher nodded in response.

“Of course, I’m at your service. Anything you all want just tell me” the teacher said as she bent to fix Jayden’s shoes but then Jayden moved a bit closer to her ear and muttered.

“Have you seen my mom? Forget her calm looks and all, she doesn’t play with what is hers, I would advise you to keep your eyes off our dad.

He’s taken” Jayden said with a smirk on his lips and moved away from the teacher.

“Let’s go,” he said to his siblings and they all walked inside the classroom.
