Lucas was still in shock to see Lisa. He was short of words, as he felt happiness run through him.

All he wanted to do right now was hug and kiss her, but then he held himself back, there was a lot of answers he needed to get from her.

He just needed to hear the truth from her.

“Brandon, it’s been a while,” Lisa said as she moved away from Lucas and moved towards Brandon and then kissed him on his cheeks.

Hannah stared at her with jealousy in her eyes the moment she kissed Brandon on his cheeks, but then she finally spoke.

“I will leave you guys alone to talk” She gave Lisa one last glance and was about to leave when Lisa spoke, making her stop right on her track and turn to her.

“Yeah, you should leave, Mrs Hannah” Lisa smiled and Hannah sighed before walking away: she wasn’t in for dramas.

The moment Hannah walked away, Brandon also walked away, leaving Lisa and Lucas all alone.

“Lucas, I missed you so much,” Lisa said and pulled him into a hug. She closed her eyes briefly and hummed as he hugged her back.

Just then she pulled away from the hug.

“Is everything alright? You don’t seem happy to see me ” Lisa said as she pouted.

“Of course, I am. I’m just in shock to see you. I wasn’t expecting you….. I’m glad you are back” he said and she hummed.

“Why weren’t you expecting me? You were the one looking for me and I came” she said and just as he was about speaking she shut him up with a kiss.

Lisa sure knows Lucas’s weak point and right now he was using it against him.

“My leg hurts from standing here,” She pulled away from the kiss and then held Lucas’s hand and they both walked towards the couch and sat on it.

Lisa stared at Lucas, she felt something was different about him. She thought he was looking for her but he didn’t seem so happy to see her.

It was like he was no longer in love with her.

The moment Hannah got inside the room, she sighed softly and sat on the bed, she had finally met the woman who came between two brothers.

Lisa was so pretty but from the way she saw her, she was gonna be a thorn in everyone’s flesh now that she was back.

“Hey, are you alright?” Brandon who had just entered the room asked.

“Yeah, I should be asking you, if you are okay. Lisa just walked through the front door unexpectedly. Did you have any idea she was coming?” Hannah asked.

“No, I’m as surprised as everyone. When she left, she didn’t tell anyone, she just left after Mellisa went missing and was pronounced dead….” He paused and then looked away from Hannah.

“What’s wrong?” She asked.

“I lied to you when I said I didn’t know where she was. I lied because I didn’t want to tell Lucas where she was.

When she left, I looked for her and found out she was living outskirts of Atlanta. She didn’t know I found her, I just had to let her be thinking she would be happy all alone since Mellisa was no more.

I wasn’t expecting her to show up all of a sudden” Brandon said and Hannah signed softly not knowing what to say.

Everything seemed so complicated.

“Well, she’s back and I’m sure she’s back to stay. Let’s just hope she and Lucas sort out things and be happy” Hannah said and Brandon sighed and looked away: Hannah raised her eyebrows as she stared at him.

She felt like Brandon was hiding something, there was more to Lisa’s story. he wasn’t saying the entire truth.

“Is there something else you want me to know Brandon?” Hannah asked and Brandon paused for a few seconds before he finally spoke.

“There’s something else you need to know,” he said and then asked her to sit down which she did and he sat beside her.

She needed to know the whole story because now that she was back, a lot of shit was about to happen and a lot of secrets would be let out of the bag.

“I met Lisa first, ” he said and then paused to watch the expression on her face and then he continued.

We had first met when I went to a business meeting in London. I had met her there with her mother, who was now late.

I had approached her and wanted to speak with her when my brother came from behind her and held her by her waist and introduced her as his girlfriend..

“Mommy, we are hungry” they echoed at once and Hannah touched her forehead. She was supposed to prepare food for them but then she forgot after Lisa had arrived.

“Uhm, I will go prepare a quick meal for you guys,” Hannah said and then Brandon walked towards them and spoke.

“Why don’t we all go to the kitchen and cook together, it would be faster that way,” Brandon said and the kids stared at each other and then nodded in response.

“The kitchen is no place for kids, what if they get burnt” Hannah whispered.

“They won’t have to touch anything, we would just keep you company and give some help while you cook,” he said and she sighed and they all walked downstairs.

Meanwhile, Lisa who’s seen with Lucas downstairs had seen Hannah, Brandon, and the octuplets climbing down the stairs, looking like a happy family while they laughed and all.

She felt a surge of anger and jealousy rushed through her.

This was supposed to be her, Brandon, and Mellisa.
