Hannah was in deep thought while both Arianna and Jessica admired her dress. Just then a text message popped on their phones at once from a strange number, stating Meet me in the study room.

They all stared at each other at once wondering who had sent the text message.

“Maybe it’s Brandon,” Hannah said and they all shrugged and decided to go to the study room.

They walked inside the study room, opened the door, and to their surprise it was empty. They both stared at each other looking confused.

Hannah decided to call Brandon.

Brandon, who was seen speaking with Senator Harrington and his wife, suddenly heard his phone vibrate. He brought out his phone and checked the text message.

*Meet me in the study room* the message stated, and Brandon wondered who had sent the message because it was from a strange number.

“Please enjoy the party, Excuse me,” she said to Senator Harrington and his wife before walking away. He climbed upstairs and made his way to his study room when he heard his phone ring, it was Hannah who was calling him.

He answered the phone call as he entered the study room.

“I’m here” he responded and Hannah hung up.

“Were you the one who sent us the text message?” Arianna asked

“No, I got the same text message too, that’s why I’m here,” Brandon said and they all stared at each other looking confused.

Hannah on the other hand looked more confused and wondered what was going on, first of all, she found a dress in her room with a note attached to it and now a strange number texting them.

“Maybe it’s a mistake, we should return to the party,” Brandon said and was about to walk out of the room when a tall figure walked in, with a lady by his side and they were both putting on a mask on their faces.

“Not yet” the voice muttered as they both removed the mask and to their surprise, it was Robert and a lady who was the doppelgänger of Arianna.

“Hello Grandson” Elizabeth muttered and they all stared at her and then at Arianna looking so confused.

It was then Brandon knew what was going on.

“Grandma” Brandon muttered and everyone opened their eyes wide in shock.

“I knew you were always smart, Brandon,” Robert thought with an evil smirk on his face.

“What? You did a facial surgery to look like a mom” Jessica said with a look of disappointment, anger, and hatred on her face as she stared At Elizabeth.

The moment Elizabeth saw the look on Jessica’s face, she felt her heart break into pieces. Jessica was the only one who loved her so much in the family despite all she’s done but now she was going to despise her.

Jessica shook her head and walked out of the study room, to her room.

“Jessica,” Elizabeth called and went after her.

Hannah turned to Arianna who was looking furious, she then touched her shoulder and Arianna stared at her.

Hannah could see the anger and pain in her eyes, how could they do surgery on Elizabeth to make them look alike? This was all their plan all this time, she thought angrily.

“What are you doing here, Robert?” Brandon asked as the look of anger flashed in his eyes.

“What happened to the uncle in my name? Common Brandon, this was my father’s mansion, which was passed down to me when he died but your father took it from me. Well, I’m back to take what is mine” Robert said and Brandon scoffed.

“My father never stole anything from you, and this mansion belongs to me and my family, you cannot take it away from us,” Brandon said and brought out his phone to call the security, and in no time they arrived.Original from NôvelDrama.Org.

“Escort him out of my property, ” Brandon said and the security men who were in suits tried to touch Robert who pushed their hands away from him.

“I will leave myself, but just so you, it is not over. You better watch your back, little boy” he said and with that, he walked out of the house with the security trailing behind him.

Meanwhile, Jessica is seen in her room sitting on the bed with tears streaming down her cheeks, how could grandma do surgery to make her look like her mom, she thought as more tears slipped down her cheeks.

Just then the door flung open revealing Elizabeth.

Jessica raised her head and stared at her.

“You should leave,” she said and Elizabeth sighed and closed the door behind her.

“I’m sorry Jessica. I didn’t plan on making myself look like Your mom” Elizabeth said and Jessica scoffed

“Then why did you do it?” She asked, looking furious.

“It was all Roberts’s fault, he pushed me on that fire and asked the doctor to do surgery on me. I didn’t know he was going to make me look like her” Elizabeth said and Jessica turned to her

“But you said it was an accident, that you slipped and fell, you lied,” Jessica said and Elizabeth paused for some seconds before she finally spoke.

“I was trying to protect him, he’s still my son, Jessica. It was an accident, he didn’t push me in the fire intentionally” Elizabeth said and Jessica shook her head.

“Why do you like covering for him, can’t you see he’s evil and he hurt you, yet you are trying to protect him” Jessica said and tears slipped down Elizabeth’s face.

No matter what, mothers would always love their kids and protect them. Mother’s love for their children is unconditional.

If there was one thing Jessica hated, it was to see Elizabeth in tears.

She became calm instantly and looked away from Elizabeth.

“I’m sorry for everything, Jessica” she cried and Jessica moved towards her and hugged her.

“It’s fine Grandma, stop crying,” Jessica said and Elizabeth nodded in response.

“What are you going to do now? You can’t stay here like this,” Jessica said

“I know, that’s why I’m going to leave the country”
