Chasing My Pregnant Wife

Chapter 1119

Aurora led Angie to the guest room, where Angie immediately threw herself onto the big bed and exclaimed excitedly, "Wow, this bed is so soft, and the room smells so nice! I'd love to live here forever."

Aurora's expression darkened. To think she wanted to live here forever-how shameless!

However, on the surface, Aurora still smiled. She walked over, saying, "Angie, be a bit more polite here. After all, this isn't our home."

"Theodore's your boyfriend, so this is your home too, right? Sooner or later, this house will be yours. I'm your cousin, so I'm benefiting too," Angie replied nonchalantly.

"It isn't even official yet. Don't say such things, especially not in front of Theo," Aurora chided.

"What's wrong? Haven't you two already done the deed? You should hurry up and get pregnant with his child. Then it'll be official, right? If you can't do it, I'll step in for you. At least one of us should marry into the Spencer family."

Angie didn't think there was anything wrong with what she said.

Aurora's smile stiffened. If Angie stayed here, she would surely try to seduce Theodore. With her looks, though, she probably wouldn't succeed. Still, Aurora was worried that Angie might cause trouble.

"Stop talking nonsense. Rest here for a bit. I'll go get you a glass of juice," Aurora said.

"Alright, thank you," Angie said, flashing Aurora a heart sign and then pulling out her phone.

Just as Aurora reached the door, Angie suddenly let out a loud exclamation.

Aurora turned around. "What happened?"

"That damn author actually insulted me!" Angie shouted.

Aurora walked over to the bed. "What are you talking about?"

"I've been reading a novel for the past few months, and it's written so poorly it drives me crazy. I've been insulting the author for months, and now the author dared to insult me back! This is too much!" Angie replied angrily.

Aurora tried to calm her down. "What book is it? Is it worth getting so worked up over? Novels are just fiction. Why get so angry?"

"No, it's infuriating! I can't stand it. This author must be writing from their own experience. Otherwise, how could they write this stuff?"

Angie immediately pulled Aurora over and began ranting about the author, spewing insults. The entire argument was just Angie's imagination. Half an hour later, Aurora, feeling dizzy from all the nonsense, finally left the room and closed the door.

Meanwhile, Angie was inside, yelling and swearing as though she had lost control.

Aurora shook her head helplessly.

At that moment, Theodore walked over. "What's going on? What's with all the shouting?"

Aurora linked her arm with his and apologized, "I'm sorry, Theo. She's just reading a novel, and she got a bit emotional."

Theodore looked confused. "Is it really that serious? It's just a novel."

Aurora continued, "She's really

l

pitiful. Her life isn't great, so she vents all her emotions online. She likes reading stories about bad men, and after that, she comments negatively. She's been posting thousands of insulting comments, mainly attacking the female leads or the authors. She does this to feel important because her real life is empty and lonely. She's craving a bad man to fill that void. That's why she never criticizes the bad male leads. She has serious double standards." All content is © N0velDrama.Org.

"Really?" Theodore asked. "She's that vicious?"

"Mm-hmm." Aurora nodded. "Angie told me earlier that she's reading a novel right now. Because the plot didn't go the way she expected, with the female lead not forgiving the scummy male lead but instead

falling for the supporting md'

character, Angie completely broke down. She's been relentlessly attacking the female lead and the author, using filthy language to insult them. She accused the author and slandered her. Even though I'm her cousin, I can't stand her comments. They're so vulgar and unrefined.

"Any reader who defends the female lead or criticizes the male lead gets attacked by Angie like crazy. She uses the filthiest language, then she takes screenshots of her disgusting comments and shows them off, seeking validation from others."

Theodore, hearing Angie's yelling and swearing from the room, found it very grating.

He pulled Aurora aside. "Is she in a good mental state? Does she understand the difference between fiction and reality?"
