Chapter 567 - Capturing her...!!!
Chapter 567 - Capturing her...!!!
"We're here to get our Miss." The man answered.
The woman felt a little confused. The girl said she was married, so why were they calling her Miss?
Kate, who was behind the door, when she heard the familiar voice; she felt her hand about to open the
door shake violently.
"What the hell? How did they find her so soon?" Kate cursed in her heart. The pregnant girl saw how
Kate's face turned pale suddenly.
Earlier, she was beaming with a smile; now, suddenly, she looks like she has lost her soul.
The girl walked to Kate. She peeked through the peephole and saw many armed people standing
outside the door. When she saw it, she understood it was not a mere accident.
The girl lied to them, and she looked at Kate with a bit of anger. "What's going on? Why are there so
many people?
They look dangerous. We helped you, but you threw us in trouble." The girl resounded since it was
nighttime. The voice reached outside instantly.
The people from outside heard a voice; even though they didn't know what the person was saying, they
were sure it was a girl's voice.
Dr. San looked at his men with a hint; they understood; they suddenly became violent and kicked on
the gate.
Since they knew they might lose their life if they missed this chance, they didn't dare to use a gun
because they didn't want to alert the people since they knew their enemies were around them.
The older woman understood from their action that the girl's life was in danger; they were not her
family. So, instead, they came to get her. Otherwise, they wouldn't act like that.
Since the older woman spent all of her time in that deserted place, she could tell from people’s faces if
they were kind people or not.
She returned to her house and saw her daughter scolding the girl. Kate just stood in front of the girl
with a guilty expression. She knew she dragged them into her mess.
When the old lady entered, Kate already looked frightened. She knew she had no chance to escape.
The older woman felt her heartache when she saw the helpless expression on Kate’s face.
“Girl, I don’t know why you lied, but I know they are not good people, so that I will help you one more
time. Now only God and you can decide your fate.”
The woman grabbed Kate’s hand and led her backward.
The people might not know how to get to the backyard since they were trying to break in from the front
door. The pregnant girl looked at her mother with hesitation.
“Mom, what are you doing? What if these people hurt us if you help her escape this?
The girl grabbed her mother’s hand and refused to let go; she had lost her husband not before she just
got pregnant.
So her mother and her child were the only reason for her life. She would let no one harm them, so
since she knew these people were dangerous, she couldn’t help but feel her mother was inviting
trouble to help an unknown girl.
The older woman looked at her heavily pregnant girl; actually, the girl was her daughter-in-law, but she
never thought of her as one, always treating her as her daughter.
"Girl, can't you see she is trying to protect her child, which mother wouldn't, what she did?
Just tell us a white lie, that's all; you would do the same if you were in her situation, wouldn't you?" The
woman questioned her daughter-in-law.
The girl felt just thinking someone would hurt her son. She finally realized why her mother was bent on
helping an unknown girl. "But mom."
"If I can escape from here, I'll help you; I'll give your child everything and support that he will need in his
life; I'm sorry for not telling you,
But I'm a queen of someone. Just help me get away; my king will protect him like a guardian."
Suddenly, Kate looked at the girl and said in a firm voice. When she saw the hope,
The girl was stunned. She had mixed feelings after hearing Kate's promise.
The promise was too fanciful to be true.
The girl barely talked to them earlier, no matter what she said. She didn't reply, but now Kate said what
moved the girl's heart.
From the moment Kate appeared, the girl knew this girl was not from an ordinary family like them.
Even though Kate's appearance was worse than a bagger's, the moment of dirtiness couldn't hide the
truth from the girl's eyes.
She used to live in the city, but since her husband was from here, she followed him and moved back.
They were poor, not fools.
The girl looked at Kate skeptically. "You are not lying?" The girl didn't believe it.
Kate had nothing with her to give to the girl as promised.
"I'll; I'm not lying; I'm from the Allen family; if you don't know, you can find out, but I have one more
identity; I'm the wife of David Xiver,
So I'll never lie to those who saved and sheltered my son and me when we need it to stay alive." Kate's
words had some weight.
The girl stopped talking, even though she didn't believe it. Finally, she decided not to question the girl.
She never even believed in God. God snatched everything from her.
So she didn't want to believe in God anymore, but when it came to her child, she decided not to stop
her mom. What if something good might happen to her child to help a submerged person?
"Okay, go." The girl said calmly. She let go of her mother-in-law's hand and stood there.
The older woman dragged Kate and went to open the door behind a cupboard. She pulled the wooden
cupboard and opened the door for Kate.
Since they reside in a dangerous place, they always have a backup plan for their safety.
She handed a torch to Kate. "Just follow the mud road, don't go inside the forest; it's dangerous."
She could do nothing more than this since her priority was her daughter-in-law and her unborn
grandchild.
Kate nodded. She ran toward the path the woman told her she would never lose for anything since she
got the chance.
She was missing David like a crazy person. She desperately chanted his name in her heart as if God
granted her this wish if God knew how desperate she was.
She was a lonely soul who lost her way back to her heaven, even though God was not showing any
mercy.
She wants to return to her darling's arms, where was her home, her heaven.
Inside the house, before the woman could push the cupboard back to its original place, Dr. San and his
group burst into the house.
Dr. San looked around madly when he didn't even see the person. The man felt angry. He was furious.
He looked at the woman, "where are the girl and the child?
He asked. The earlier politeness was nowhere to see.
The woman dragged her daughter-in-law behind and looked at them with firmness. "I don't know which
girl you are talking about?
The woman was not afraid. Since she decided to help the girl, she would never betray the girl.
“Dr San, here is a backdoor.” A man yelled when they discovered the door going out.
Dr. San looked at the woman. "You better pray; we will find her; otherwise, I don't mind throwing your
family in the ocean." Dr. San led his men out of the backdoor.
He didn't want to waste time on the woman since the girl had already run away. They could follow the
lead and find her before these people could find her.
These women could only hope the girl got away from their hands.
"Leader, we found suspicious movement near the forest side. Should we shoot or follow them?" A
masked man asked. This man was one of Black Dragon's secret groups.
Jeffery heard this from his earpieces "don't shoot, follow them." Their men were night owls; if they
followed someone, they wouldn't even know they were on their point, like death follows a soul.
"Got it." The man answered.
Jeffery led their men to the house, where they found the location. They saw the broken gate and the
door in a miserable situation, and he had a bad feeling.
He entered. When the older woman saw a few people enter, they looked even more dangerous than
the others, and the weapons in their hands were enough to frighten them.
"Don't be afraid. We will not hurt anyone. Just tell me, did a young girl come here with a child?" Jeffery NôvelDrama.Org owns © this.
asked, but he didn't use his authentic voice since they could've left any hint of their identity.
When the girl and woman heard it, they felt headaches. Who was she? even she belonged from a
wealthy family, and how rich was she? why so many dangerous people were after her and the little
child?
"We don't know." The girl said with a shaking voice. She couldn't bring herself to tell the truth.
Even now, she felt pity for that girl, and the child was running for their life, so how could she ignore a
mother's struggle?
“Miss, we’re here to protect them,” he said firmly.
"Who are people? Who is she, and why are so many people after her?”
"Did anyone else come here?" He asked. Jeffery was wise enough to understand the meaning behind
her words.
Seeing the girl wouldn’t say anything without evidence.
"If you believe my words, this is the evidence." Jeffery showed a photo of Kate and their young masters
and young miss.
They didn't want to disclose their master's identity, so they didn't show David's face.
"Miss, we meant no harm to her and the child. We're here to protect her. She is Kate David Xiver, our
master's wife, and the child is our young master."
Jeffery had no time to waste since these women seemed to be trying to protect their madam, so he
decided to tell the truth.
The girl looked at the girl in the photo; the reality and the pictures were earth and sky different.
The girl looked like a real queen in the photo, and three little children were with her. The girl finally
believed what the man said.
"If you're here to save her, then go in this direction; they might have already found her." The girl told
Jeffery.
“Did they succeed?” Jeffery wanted to understand the situation.
"No, she saw them before they could catch her. That's why she had to run away from here." The girl
explained.
Jeffery looked at the woman. "Thank you, we don't have time to waste, but our master will surely
reward you for this kindness to our misuse and young master."
Jeffrey followed the lead and went in the direction that Kate had left earlier.
"Everyone, our target heading toward the west side, get there now."
On the other side, Kate didn't even stop to catch her breath for a second. She felt her breath would
stop, but she didn't dare to stop.
She didn't know where she was heading but how fast her weak and tired legs could run. Finally, she
looked in front of her and could see the lights.
She felt that if she could cross the road and reach that side, she would see the person she wanted.
Kate raised her feet and ran, but a loud voice stopped her. "Miss Allen, stop right there." Dr. San's cold
voice froze her body.
Kate didn't turn. She still wanted to run. Her mind was telling her to run since she knew they would not
dare hurt her, but the following words got her heart in hell.
"If you dare to run, we will leave no way. We will finish you with your son. We will say to the master that
you choose this." Dr. San said coldly.
Kate's feet stopped on the ground; Dr. San looked at her back with a sigh. He knew she would never
risk her child's life, even if she didn't care about herself.
His words just hit the bull's eye.
Kate couldn't bear to turn back. She didn't want them to see how helpless she looked right at that
moment.
Before her eyes, all her pain and struggle went in vain, yet she couldn't do anything but surrender
because she knew they would do what they promised to save their back.
Dr. San and his men walked closer to her with every step. A helicopter flew over their heads when they
were closer to capturing her.
The air made it impossible for them to look up, and before they knew it, a person jumped from the
helicopter and landed between them and Kate.
