Patching Torn hearts
I grinned as Gwen showed me a dance move. Earlier, she had commented on how I sucked at dancing, not that I really cared but the way she put really made it sound bad. She smiled when she finished and did a mock-bow.
“This is how we humans dance” she commented dryly and I frowned.
“I don’t dance like a human?” I asked and she nodded and chugged down a bottle of water.
“Come on, Amy. Are you asking me that? You dance like a frog” she said grinning wickedly and I pouted.
“Did you have to point that out” I said and she shrugged. We walked out of the empty hall and went out to the open fields. The splendor of this place still amazes me, beside me Gwen yawned and stretched.
“I am gonna crash. Teaching you is so exhausting” she said and I raised a brow.
“More than exhausting than sex?” I asked biting my lip not to smile. She grinned and pinched my nose.
“Yep.” She said and she waved as she walked away. I walked out of the hall and immediately crashed into someone. I raised my head to stare into sexy green eyes that hardened when they saw me. He scowled when he saw me and moved away and walked past. I turned and saw him heading for the gym so I followed him.
He picked the weights and instantly lifted them up they were twigs, while I stared transfixed as his corded muscles strained against his shirt.
“You can stop staring” he said without glancing my way and I quickly pretended I was laying out a mat. Brock finally turned a raised a brow and i scowled at him.
“And you can stop staring at me” I retorted. Brock smile was as sinister as a villain, he said nothing and went back to the weights and started lifting.
“Who’s that lady” I asked and Brock froze, he slowly dropped the weight and turned again, his stare was cold as ice.
“It’s none of your fucking business” he snarled and I shrugged and stared at him in the eye.
“We’re friends you can confide in me” I said. He obviously didn’t like that because his green eyes suddenly were molten lava in color.
“Who’s your friend?” He growled and I stared at him in surprise. That hurts. I forced a smile instead trying to mask the pain I felt when he said that.
“Okay we’re are not friends. We are…”
“Nothing” he interrupted, “We don’t know each other. It’s better you stop talking to me and by the way I have a girlfriend” he snapped and I lowered my eyes to the ground unable to act cool anymore.
“Why are you doing this?” I said leaving the tears I held to fall. Brock eyes saddened but he turned away.
“Am not a totally good person, Amelia. I am not good enough for you or Logan. I broke the rules” he said in low tones.Content protected by Nôv/el(D)rama.Org.
“Is it that bad? To be with me. Don’t you love me?” I asked and he shut his eyes, when he opened them they were unreadable.
“I care for you Amelia. I don’t know if I love you. But I don’t deserve you, am a selfish heartless bastard and you know that” he said and I pulled his face towards me.
“You are not. It’s just a mask” I said and his eyes met mine. Something flared in his eyes and he took his fac from my hands.
“I am gonna go, I am going to met my girl” he said and pivoted.
“Please” I pleaded and he stopped, “Don’t go” I said and he shook his head.
“Leave me alone” he said softly and walked away.

I sneaked into the house and hid in the shadows. It was late in the night, the moonlight filtered through the windows, giving me more strength. I had woke up needing Brock so much I nearly cried. So I decided to sneak into his house. I tiptoed forward hoping I didn’t crash into something or that he wasn’t with any lady. I opened his bedroom door and peeked in. It was very dark and I smiled, maybe he wasn’t at home. I lay on the bed, relishing the soft mattress behind my back.
“You’ve got guts” came Brock’s deep voice and I yelled in surprise, the lights came on and there he was, lounging in a sofa at a corner.
“I wanted to see you” I said. His mouth pursed into a firm line.
“I thought I made it clear to leave me alone” he said, his voice held an edge but I didn’t care.
“You can resist me for long” I said and took off my robes. Brock eyes flared in need, he quickly looked away and I smiled.
“You want me” I said and he growled, low and animalistic.
“Don’t taunt me” he said. His voice was thick with his wolf. I smiled and stalked to where he was and sat on his lap. I bit his neck and he groaned.
“You. Are. Mine” I whispered in his ear. He growled and glared at me, his eyes were bright golden. He took of his shirt and i tugged down his pants.
“It’s a full moon tonight” he growled and covered my lips with his, “I am gonna break you”
“Good” I muttered, “Break me” I whispered and he pushed into me and I cried out as I got lost in a world of bliss. I thought I saw movement outside the window but I didn’t care.
This was where I want to be.
In Brock’s arms.
