CHAPTER SIXTEEN
“Well, Mr. Gavriel, the only punishment I saw in the contract was that I would be submissive to the Chief Executive Officer of the Seamus Group of Companies,” I claimed.
And then he laughed out loud, which is a very annoying manner in which I felt like strangling him, this was something to be taken seriously, not laughing like a senseless hypocrite.
“Well, I think you did not read the part of the contract where your punishment was stated, but I will state that part for you,” Mr. Gavriel announced as he went back to his chair and sat down as he used one of his shoulder-length hair in order. Immediately he sat and looked angry, that hypocritical smile disappeared, and what I saw was anger.
“It states that Miss Christina Ezekiel will be submissive to the dominant, Mr. Gavriel Seamus, who is the Chief Executive Officer of the Seamus Group of Companies.”
“I am sure you know what dominant and submissive mean?” He warned.
I understood what dominant meant and what submissive meant, it was just up to me to take this job because I needed it, and even if he said I should lick his foot to get the job, I would do that.
But I had to sign that contract because I need this job badly and it pays so well.
I just hope he does not sexually molest me because that would be a huge problem.
I just hope that I can handle all the ill-treatment I will face.
“It also states that Miss Christina Herbert would also work for Mr. Gavriel Seamus in his home,” Mr. Gavriel continued.
What!
Work for him in his home.
“Immediately you sign this contract you are to pack your bags to my property as you will also work for me as my house assistant in the morning before going to the company as the secretary and when you are back from work,” Mr. Gavriel explained.
This is bad.
This is bad.
And this man, who calls himself the owner of the Seamus Group of Companies, is a demon.
How would I live in a house with a man as my dominant?
God, this is bad for me, I never wanted it to go this way, but it is getting out of hand.
I cannot believe that just because I made a slight mistake, which everyone makes, this man here, who would be my boss, is punishing me like I committed some sort of murder.Upstodatee from Novel(D)ra/m/a.O(r)g
How could he do that, I was so foolish that I didn’t read everything because I thought they were just rules and regulations.
“Okay, that is all I can say for now because everything was stated in the contract, but you were so naive that you didn’t read it, well, I stated the most important part of the contract, which was your punishment for the wrongdoings you did to me.” Mr. Gavriel scolded.
I thought this man standing in front of me was a good-looking man with a good heart, but no, he is a good-looking man with an evil heart.
“Mr. Gavriel, so you are trying to explain to me that I will work as a secretary in the company and as a housekeeper in your home?” I demanded to know. I felt like crying out my heart there, but it was of no use.
“Yes, exactly-a secretary in the company and a housekeeper in my house, and I also forgot to tell you because you didn’t read all the details of the contract, so I am just being nice to explain to you,” Mr. Gavriel replied.
“Did he just say being nice?”
Excuse me, Mr. Gavriel, did you just say you were being nice to me but explaining further because you think I was so naive that I wasn’t able to read? Is it being nice that you are making me submissive to you? Because of a mistake I made, you want me to be submissive to you? That is unfair, Mr. Gavriel Seamus,” I poured out my questions as I could not hold back my tears as I let them pour out freely.
I didn’t want to look weak, so I quickly cleaned up my face.
“I do not care how you see me, and in case you do not know, even if you do not want to work as a secretary here, you must serve your punishment, and after all, you would be paid the sum of 180, 000 dollars, so luck is also on your side,” Mr. Gavriel said as he let out an evil smile.
“So he is also paying me for work at his home, if that’s the case, then I am good to go,” I said to myself.
“There is nothing to worry about,” I said as I searched for a pen in my bag and quickly signed the contract.
I could see the shock on his face immediately after I signed the contract, both my copy and his copy.
I handed the two copies over to him so he could also sign.
“Here it is, I have signed it, and I am aware you have to sign both documents and hand over mine to me,” I said as he smiled at me.
He picked up a pen from his table and signed the contract.
Then he handed over my copy to me. “And please recertify your statement in the contract that I am indebted to you for eternity,” I said to Mr. Graviel, who was already my boss because I can never be indebted to him for eternity. No one in this world is indebted to someone for eternity, that person must surely pay off his or her debts somehow.
“It cannot be ratified because you have already signed the contract,” Mr. Gavriel replied as he got up from where he was sitting.
“We would see about that,” I said with my fist clenched.
“Mr. Gavriel, you did not state the address of the property where I would be moving!” I added as I stared widely at him.
“The address will be sent to your email,” Mr. Gavriel replied.
