Ex’s Game
Remi will be the last person to cheat on him, Drew vowed. He tried to avoid her, but he never imagined that she would find a way to retaliate.
Because of a sexual fantasy in which he took the woman to the province, specifically to the isolated place, and then pretended to r*ped her before she became pregnant, the woman filed a r*pe lawsuit against him.
It’s not r*pe, but a sexual fantasy. It’s consensual-both of them agreed to do it! There was a lot of sexual role-playing between him and Remi, including r*pe role-playing. He overplayed the part, harming Remi by slapping her face, yanking her hair, and squeezing various of her body parts. He had to do it like a real r*pist to his victim.
It was wrong and dangerous; it was just how fucked up he was before.
When they broke up, he was investigated after she filed a r*pe case against him. At the location he brought her, the investigation discovered some signs and evidence to support Remi’s claims. Drew went beyond what was necessary to show that it was their shared understanding as a couple.
In the end, he and Remi talked about how he would support her kid for dropping the lawsuit. Yet, Remi had already ruined his name, dragging Walton’s reputation. Since then, all the women have lost his trust, with the exception of his friends Lauren and Kori. Not until he met Lily, a real r*pe victim.Content is © 2024 NôvelDrama.Org.
After his experience with Remi, he convinced himself that he wouldn’t deserve anyone. He was destined to be alone forever. Although Lily… She was different…
Drew was forced to concentrate on the present when the woman asked, “Drew, what should I do?”
“We both agreed loud and clear that you should stay away from me. Also, I don’t have a child with you!”
Her lips trembled. “I know. I’m sorry. I treated you like his father because you are the one who is supporting his needs.”
He couldn’t believe his ears! This woman’s face is thicker than a block of ice! “Don’t make me laugh, Remi. I know you did that to harm my relationship with my wife.”
The guilty look on her face was evident.
“S-She doesn’t look like your wife at all. She is not the typical Drew Walton would marry.”
“What kind of woman do you think I would marry? Similar to women like you? I must admit, I’m relieved we separated. You are nothing compared to Lily-nothing at all! She does not need material things, is not a cheater, and doesn’t leech for money! So please, don’t ever fucking compare yourself to my wife. You don’t deserve it.”
Remi was clearly in pain. But she was the one who initially tricked him. To find out where his father was, Drew made a call to his assistant, Sarah. He also called his grandfather to inform him of what was happening.
“Drew!” with a nervous look, the woman called him out.
While he was preoccupied looking for his ridiculous father, Remi held his sleeve. “Your dad told me not to call the police! He needed money! He knows that Ryle is your son, urging him to take my son captive.”
“Whatever is happening right now, it’s all your fault. Now, let me go!”
The woman let go of him as if scalded by his shirt.
“What is happening?” asked Master Walton before noticing Remi. “Seriously! Where is Lily?”
“I don’t want Lily involved in this issue!” replied Drew.
“I sent her back to the gathering. Before arriving here, I had another guard watch over her and called my friend to find out where Mr. Walton was,” informed Orion.
They needed to find out if Remi’s accusation was accurate.
Master Walton snorted, “That scum! I never believed he would do such an idiotic thing. What now? Is he now a kidnapper?”
They all gathered at the side of the hotel; Drew, his grandfather, Sarah, and Orion, who were busy looking for his dad, whom Drew hadn’t seen in years.
Sarah informed, “Boss, we found Mr. Walton! He was in Australia, but he seemed angry after hearing the accusation! He doesn’t know anything about Remi’s son or what’s happening right now.”
He gazed at Remi, who seemed to flinch in the wake of his scorching glare. “Are you certain that your son was taken by my father?”
The woman took a swallow. “I-I don’t know. He claimed to be Mr. Walton and demanded money from me.”
Drew was so filled with anger that he violently strangled the woman. Why did he believe this? He hated his father, and the woman knew about it!
Drew yelled fiercely, “Tell us the fucking truth!”
“Boss!” Orion grabbed him, observing Remi’s nearly bluish face.
He pushed the woman to the ground. Remi coughed and struggled to catch her breath. “You acted like a victim and made my father the suspect to make sure you got our attention, right? You want my money again!”
Sarah mumbled, “I knew it! I already expected that this is another lie!”
Remi answered the phone when it rang, despite the smudge Drew’s hand had left on her neck. “H-he’s home now?” she said after pausing, “Thank God!”
“Seriously, Remi! What kind of fucking game is this?” Drew asked after noticing that she had finished the call.
“My son was truly abducted by someone. Whether you believe it or not, it’s true! He’s requesting money from me! He said I could take the money from you and find a way to get to the party tonight. I-I used your dad because I don’t know how to grab your attention,” she said, avoiding his burning gaze.
If he could only hurt her! But with this woman, he had already received his lesson. They both understood from the law that they should avoid one another.
“But why did the kidnapper suddenly release your son unscathed and without us giving you anything? Something is off!” Sarah asked with a questioning look.
“That man needed something, and he sure as hell just used you and your son for us to-” Orion gasped, turning her gaze to everyone.
Everyone was there… except Lily.
Fear ran from Drew’s head to his toes. Shit! He ran back to the gathering, following Orion. He saw Lauren, Kori, and others.
“Where is Lily?”
Lauren asked in a perplexed voice, “Aren’t you with her?”
“I haven’t seen her since the time you two left this hall,” Kori replied.
Drew gritted his teeth while clenching his fist. He scanned the area. This wasn’t about Remi’s son. That person’s intention was to keep him away from Lily.
“End the party now!” he roared into the hall while his body heaved. They drew attention from other attendees, who were astonished that he was stopping the event, ending the night.
Finn remained by his side, asking Kori and Lauren to go home to watch over their children. His best friend won’t let him be alone. He told every guard to look for Lily and went to see whether she had gone back to their home. In any surveillance, they did not see Lily leaving the hotel’s grounds.
Drew’s heartbeat was faster than usual. For the first time in his entire life, he was so horribly terrified.
“Drew!” Orion took a guard with him. The latter swallowed. “I left Lily to him.”
The security officer muttered shakily, “Boss Drew, I’m sorry! One guest was already drunk, and I stopped him from causing trouble. I saw your wife go to the women’s restroom, and assumed she would be safe there, believing she would definitely not leave this hotel.”
He retorted fiercely, “But it doesn’t mean she was safe!”
His entire body trembled. He alone is to blame for this; nobody else.
“Calm down…” said Finn.
How could he?
Finn added, “We will see Lily no matter what.”
After making a phone call, Sarah came over. “Boss! I received a call from Mr. Oscar Yu. Jericho Cordova beat Jenny after discovering his wife was pregnant.”
“What?”
“Yes. He learned about Jenny’s cheating, and because she works at the office, he assumed you were the father of her child.”
Shit! Shit! Shit! He called the Martin household right away!
“Let me talk to Kenneth!” he said to whoever picked up his call. He couldn’t think of anyone who would kidnap Lily if it wasn’t one of his friends. He waited for a few minutes.
At the other end of the call, he could hear Kenneth asking, “What is it?”
Drew shut his eyes tight. He felt certain that Kenneth was not the person who abducted Lily if he was in their home.
“Jericho. What is Jericho’s contact?”
“Why do you need his number?”
“Because he kidnapped Lily!”
