“The best way to protect Mommy is to get rid of all your women,” Colton muttered, staring at Madeline who was lying on the bed inside the ward. He did not even take a look at Noah.

“Yeah, Colt is right. Daddy, you have too many women. I don’t even trust you. I will bring Mommy away when she recovers.” Thomas broke free from Noah’s arm. What Colton said had a point.

“But we’re a family. No one is allowed to leave!” Noah held Thomas and Colton into his arms forcefully.

After a long time, Thomas and Colton fell asleep. Wayne carried them to their rooms.

Right then, Dylan came out from the ward. However, before he could say anything, Noah grabbed his arm.

“Hey, be gentle, and don’t go breaking my arm. Who is going to treat Maddie if my arm broke?”

“How is she? Is she okay?”

“She’s fine for the time being, but please don’t trigger her again. Don’t let her recall the sad memories from the past. She can’t take it.”

“Is she awake? I want to see her.” Noah wanted to see Madeline badly.
